I was not given an update or an apology, as to why I was not seen to at 11am. I totally understand that the hair dressers can run behind schedule. I would not mind if they said "sorry madam we are running behind by 15 minutes". Or say they made a mistake, ask me to come back later.
I was just sitting there as if I did not exist on uncomfortable seating, where the cushions I sat on were broke. I was not given a patch test in advance or given a patch test at my appointment and told to come back. Any hairdresser who knows what they are doing, should have done this before, as I have not had my hair dyed blonde in the last six months.
The other hair dressers I use in Stockwell Mane Event provides comfortable seating (no bruk seating), magazines to read, a water dispenser or a cup of tea or coffee etc...It's the simple, inexpensive things and good customer service which cost nothing but your reputation.
It’s not what you think it is really, hopefully I will make it up to u when u come back from holiday, I only want the best for all my clients. Sorry
You charge me £10 and that cost £2.99 Wow and that was your reply:
"Hi good morning, sorry I didn’t get back to u earlier, I finished work late, buy the way I didn’t buy this brand extensions the first one I used in your hair, I paid £4.99 for the pre stretched hair extensions.
When I went back to buy the second one I just peaked that one to much your color.
Other wise I didn’t mean to over charge you.
But I can refund your £10 back in your account no problem." This £10 was never refunded!!!! DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN. DON'T USE THIS SALOON FOR BRAIDS
Turning up to the appointment all the hairdressers were not aware of my booking and I had two hairdressers switching to getting my hair done. Whilst getting my hair done I commented that it's too volumed and needs to be layered but I don't think most of the staff understand their customers and they do whatever they want.
Towards the end of the service, I was unhappy with my hair and booked another appointment elsewhere same day. The business is only good at blow dries and hair treatments. If it's not a busy day they're also good at cornrows.
