I gave one because I didn't have an option of 0. Please do ask all the question before they even touch your hair. All what they care is about their money. They over charge. They leave you with wet hair and start another customer and you ended up waiting. They should give training to staff. Because of greed don't jut accept customer knowing that you are fully booked. Avoid this place.

I was very disappointed with the services at Winta. I booked an appointment for 11am. There was no real acknowledgement of me as a customer. I waited for 45 minutes and walked out. I was just felt like I was invisible.

I was not given an update or an apology, as to why I was not seen to at 11am. I totally understand that the hair dressers can run behind schedule. I would not mind if they said "sorry madam we are running behind by 15 minutes". Or say they made a mistake, ask me to come back later.

I was just sitting there as if I did not exist on uncomfortable seating, where the cushions I sat on were broke. I was not given a patch test in advance or given a patch test at my appointment and told to come back. Any hairdresser who knows what they are doing, should have done this before, as I have not had my hair dyed blonde in the last six months.

The other hair dressers I use in Stockwell Mane Event provides comfortable seating (no bruk seating), magazines to read, a water dispenser or a cup of tea or coffee etc...It's the simple, inexpensive things and good customer service which cost nothing but your reputation.

I will never use this hair salon or recommend it to anyone! This is our third and last time we are going to Winta Hair Salon in Wembley as we have had to wait for nearly 6 hours for them to do my 3 daughters hair which they already knew about and agreed upon doing on Thursday 25th August, but had not remembered in doing so today which had lead to them leaving us waiting for hours since 10.30am (booked appointment) as a form of punishment for complaining about the long waiting period. They greeted and served their favorite customers who came many hours after us and many without booked appointments. I have always paid them between 40 - 45 pounds per child, but for bad customer service in return. I am off to find a better Hair Salon who treats its customers fairly.

Very friendly shop and the womens really nice, everyone is very helpful as well and is very nice hairslong with lots of customers coming internationally.

My mum left me in the hands of what she thought were professional people. I had my hair washed and tangles literally ripped out of my scalp by an angry lady. I was so scared. When my mum came to pay they gave her angry looks and complained that I had too many tangles and mum should pay ten pounds extra. I guess it's bcoz winta was not in. I have patches of hair missing and my long hair chopped not trimmed for the lazy woman to manage. My mum is fuming.

If is the case you should charge me £7.98 not £10 .And amazing you made me by a pre stretch cause is quickly, and you go and buy a not stretch for £2.99 🤔this is very bad. And about of the job done ? As you can see in a picture one plats have elastic and others no . This will just give bad reputation for your saloon. What exactly went wrong ?

"Hi good morning, sorry I didn’t get back to u earlier, I finished work late, buy the way I didn’t buy this brand extensions the first one I used in your hair, I paid £4.99 for the pre stretched hair extensions.
When I went back to buy the second one I just peaked that one to much your color.
Other wise I didn’t mean to over charge you.
But I can refund your £10 back in your account no problem." This £10 was never refunded!!!! DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN. DON'T USE THIS SALOON FOR BRAIDS

Made a booking a few days before wanting braids but they laughed and persuaded me to get crochet done (that's faster) that I didn't ask for. I have no choice because there are not so many African & Caribbean hair salons in the area.

Turning up to the appointment all the hairdressers were not aware of my booking and I had two hairdressers switching to getting my hair done. Whilst getting my hair done I commented that it's too volumed and needs to be layered but I don't think most of the staff understand their customers and they do whatever they want.

Towards the end of the service, I was unhappy with my hair and booked another appointment elsewhere same day. The business is only good at blow dries and hair treatments. If it's not a busy day they're also good at cornrows.
