The only thing I can say about this place is: Avoid at all cost!!!
I had a Microdermabrasion treatment recently. I had a been a satisfied client of the salon for a while, however it recently changed hands and my recent treatment was carried out by the new salon owner. It caused a really bad skin irritation with the skin on my cheeks flaking badly. I also ended up with lots of little broken capilaries. When I called to complain the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, denied all responsibility and I have had no compensation from them. I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience to me as I would never use this salon again!

I used a Groupon voucher today for 90 minutes of treatments - back massage, head massage, pedicure and eyelash tint. I was pleased with all of them, and the whole experience was very relaxing, thanks to the welcoming staff. The only thing I would change to improve the experience would be a little relaxing background music during treatments, especially the massage!

(Salon now renamed "Haria's"). I had a groupon voucher for a 90 minute pamper package for an environ facial and pedicure. It was a very disappointing experience! The beautician (also the salon owner) was running very late. The facial consisted of a few creams and use of some machines - but no steaming or massage. I was left with my face covered in a silicone mask for about 25 minutes. The pedicure too was very basic, and my nails look better when I do them myself! Not recommended!

Had a really bad experience here. I don't think the therapist is skilled/trained enough to do hollywood waxing or any waxing around the intimate area. The wax itself was very tacky and caused really bad skin irritation. The whole process was painful as expected. However, I think this is the most painful hollywood waxing I have ever done. The lady was not making the process comfortable since she kept on waxing off even when I said to stop to give me a few seconds of break. She found this funny and laughed and kept waxing without warning me. I did not find this funny at all and made the whole situation very uncomfortable. I also felt she was very unprofessional since she was not using any gloves and was double dipping the wax. I would never go there again and would never recommend anyone to go for any sort of waxing around the intimate area there. The staff was nice and friendly but the waxing was very unprofessional.

I haven't tried any of the beauty treatments but Denise is a fantastic hairdresser. I have fine, unmanageable hair and she works wonders with it. She also does all of my family's hairdressing! Highly recommended!

I have been going here for a little while now as I live locally. Professional and friendly service, I’ve had nail treatments and threading and always been happy.

I had my ears pierced and the lady piercing my ears was asking very personal questions about my life and body and I felt uncomfortable. I am a chatty person but the level of conversation just crossed the line. I was also judged by another young lady about the fact that I haven't had my ears pierced. Not a nice environment to be honest and I normally don't post bad reviews but I felt I had to.

Went to Charu on Saturday for the first time and was so pleased, she is absolutely a professional! I received so much compliments from everyone. She listened to how I wanted my make up and hair done and delivered her artistry skills, so talented, creative, professional with a lovely bubbly personality. I would definitely recommend Charu. Ladies if you are looking for the perfection, Charu (Haria’s Hair & Beauty) is the one! Thank you Charu & Team, it was so enjoyable!
