I have been using Krystal Beauty clinic for almost 15 years if not more, when it used to be called Catwalk. Honestly these ladies are so lovely and so friendly. I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend them. Clean, friendly and their work is done to the highest standard. Thank you all x

I have been waxing here since 2019 and last year I have decided to try the laser hair removal. I have heard lots of positive feedbacks and I wanted to try it for three parts: underarms,Hollywood and full legs.
I am soo happy and grateful for the results seen starting from the first session. I went regularly for the sessions every 4 weeks since November 2021. Within the 8 sessions the results were amazing and it improved my self-esteem. Thank you for your hard work Lucky keep it up and I highly recommend all the services especially the laser as well as the waxing.

Don’t come here. Told to stop speaking another language and they demanded me and my family speak english when we spoke our mother tongue. Even when we tried to ignore the manager he would interrupt us and demand we speak english over and over again. We felt extremely offended and the manager clearly didn’t think that he did anything wrong. Atrocious.

My first impression of the person who was going to do my nails was not so good. He was pushing and stressing me and my sister to pick a color quickly while he was busy with another customer. He fussed and said we had to hurry. There are some small posters around his workplace that said cash only. We didn't know anything about this until after our appointment and we didn't have any cash on us. Had to run to the nearest ATM. Both me and my sister were getting nails done and he alternated between me and her to "kill two birds with one stone". I thought that was very unprofessional. He received many calls during our appointments and he answered them too. He didn't ask anything about the length I wanted, he filed our nails very aggressively and didn't check if we were in pain. When I was going to wash my hands and came back to do the last finish, a new customer sat in my chair so I had to stand while he was filing my nails. He had obviously overbooked himself and stressed all his customers. The workplace of his was also not that clean. Unprofessional.

Went to Krystal Beauty this morning to get my nails done,I knew I would have to wait which wasn’t an issue.Waited half an hour and was then told my the Vietnamese guy doing the nails I would need to make an appointment.I have had my nails done there lots of times before and never had to make an appointment .He saw me waiting and was so rude.I will never visit this place again and will be reporting him to revenue as it seems the bulk of his clients pay cash!!!!!Such a rude ignorant little man.I got my nails done in another salon in Wembley and I have to say they did a much better job than my previous visits to this salon.Do Not Go Here.

It was my third visit to krytal beauty to do my nails. I choose to do Ombre nail and it was AMAZING work .the Staff are very friendly in nature .Good service 💅

I walked in today spontaneously to get my lashes tinted, ended up doing threading and brows too. Pinali was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. She’s very professional and bubbly, had a great chat. Very happy that she provided me with and excellent customer service and done all the treatments without prior booking. Definitely recommend and coming back.

Our netball coache Sheba/Diane advised us to use Krystals and bwoyyyy we were not disappointed!
They are so welcoming and happy to advise to your actual needs… the manager was so lovely too!
