The waxing was rapid and carefully done. The deep hydrating facing was just wow ! I was really looked after from the moment I stepped in with a big smile and welcome , during the treatment and after. With reassuring words and advice to cups of coffee and biscuits as well as really excellent treatment results. Thank you Pooja. Your the best.

Pooja was amazing! So funny and hospitable, she was making me laugh throughout the whole wax, almost forgot I was supposed to be in pain! She really values her clients and ensures they are okay, she even messaged after the appointment just to check everything was okay post treatment. I’ve been getting waxes for years and she’s by far the nicest person I’ve gone to, highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Pooja for a Hollywood wax and full legs. From the moment I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and considering it was my first time, I couldn’t have been made to feel any more relaxed! Pooja has a wonderful personality and her passion for her work is really shown just from the small amount of time you spend with her! She doesn’t let you leave the appointment without making sure you are satisfied and the customer service that she offers is so rare to come across!

As this was my first time doing a wax, I must say that I wasn’t left disappointed. I loved how Pooja was professional from start to finish, and was equally wholeheartedly warm as a person. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire wax session. She explained thoroughly how it’s done and also further explained what to do and not do in terms of aftercare. Overall you can have a full satisfying service and a chance to make a good friend. She even dropped me off to the station because of the heatwave and the current tube strikes that were going on in London.
