Rama Ashwini is fantastic with threading services such as eye brow and upper lip threading. She does with utmost care and safety and ensures comfort. Most importantly the back neck and shoulder massage by Leisha was worth every penny as she knew exactly how to find the pressure points. The massage was extremely relaxing especially after months and months of stress.

Kid's haircuts were done nicely both times, and dealt with my toddler really well. But no regard for booked appointments. Also kids lose patience very quickly, so sticking to the time would make it better to handle them. The owner who did the haircut came half an hour late, then made my kid sit ready in the chair and went about her work for another 15 mins. Also last time there was a scissor cut near my kid's eye after the haircut.

I went for a layer cut and the service is really unprofessional. I am not sure if they are trained. The lady who washed my hair omggg.. she doesnt even know how to wash hair and all the soap and water went inside my ears and I had severe headache that evening. The haircut is really unprofessional and they made my hair too short and it is uneven. Please try some other parlour ladies. Their prices are reasonable but totally unprofessional.

Went here to cut my sisters hair. They cut it unevenly, and they kept trying to fix their mistake by making it shorter and shorter. When I said stop making it short she said “I am trying to do my job” . The hair was done unevenly, they used a straightener and free styled the cut. The hair was literally 5cm’s shorter than what it was supposed to be.
I refused to pay £25 for them to DRY CUT only and a POOR JOB.
I said there are better businesses who wash, cut and blow dry for only £15, how dare you charge £25 for a job that was so poorly done. They caused a big argument and the manager accused me of wanting a discount LOL. Please be aware they are scammers! Don’t get your haircut done here

A Big Fat NO. So unprofessional Rama is. I went there for facial, but blackheads were in its place. During the time Manicure and pedicure Rama was so sleepy that she almost went asleep while doing pedicure and Manicure we didn't do. I had to go for wedding and was left with manicure and gel polish.

I wish there was an option for 'no stars'. Went in here for a pedicure and they kept me waiting for an hour, and still no service. Only because they weren't able to get some 'pedicure chair' running. And the place smelt of diesel the whole time. Quite hazardous, needs reporting to the council. Been disappointed with the service in the past, I regret returning. Don't waste your time.

I did my facial with Aleesha, she is awesome, she did my facial very well, it felt so relaxing nd great, if u looking for facial I totally recommend her.

The shop is closed. Ridiculous seems like you need to adjust your opening times.
