Tina Nails Hair Beauty - Bromley

The worst nail bar I have ever visited. I have never posted a bad review but feel compelled in this case. Asked for SNS and was given a lady that didn't know how to do it. The polish cracked and came off after about 7 days when SNS NEVER comes off. I went back and politely asked them if the "1" nail could be redone and I was treated abominably. The lady at the desk completely ignored me and started serving the customer behind me. Customer service at its worst! Oh and the place is filthy!

Worst ever! I wish I could give them 0 ratings. I wanted to get my shellac removed.

A) the guy took the job started the removal then moved on to another client to shellac manicure - I had to wait forever for them to finish the work they started on my nails.

B) they had audacity to charge me double the original price - they just didn’t return the change back!

Awful service - rude bunch of people.

Terrible place, I had gels Polish on my natural nails which needed removing , and they drilled them off, I asked them to use the acetone to soak them off and they laughed in my face and continued to drill my nail beds which was painful. Now my own nails are weak and flimsy.
There are much better nail salons in the area.

This place is just awful! They have no clue what they are doing and still try and overcharge you. No customer service and rude ! The man in there shouted at me in the face. There is another women who did my sisters nails and they look horrid ! How is this shop still open ?

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews online. This salon is dirty and uncomfortable.
I should have been alerted that there is not a single client.
The girl who did my manicure was constantly distracted.
She did it very quickly and neatly.
On the second day, my gel polish began to peel off.
I don't understand why such a salon exists in such a wonderful place as Bromley.
Why hasn't it been closed yet?

Went to get nails done on a weekend and it was very quiet. Was asked to sit down on one seat by the manager but the lady who was sat at the table doing the nails asked me to sit somewhere else as she was busy watching something on her phone. Ended up sitting with the man doing my nails. Done nails but he didn’t do them properly and they became lumpy with tiny air bumps in. The gel is already coming of! So annoyed as paid £25 for them!

It’s a good salon and the ladies in there are friendly. Convenient it’s one of the few salons in Bromley open on a Sunday. It is a bit more expensive than other places in Bromley and for 5 or 6 sessions I visited my nail Extentions never lasted more than 2 weeks, which isn’t so bad but for the price you just expect better. The last session I went to my gel cracked a day after. Also the male that works there is often rude to customers, and on two occasions charged me more than I had been charged before. Coco is an amazing technician though and really gentle

I got SNS nails done here 2 days ago and with no catches or anything I’ve already have had chunks/chips out of the nails! Really bad quality
