Beautiful Nails Crawley

Did shellac, chose natural pink color. 25£ including manicure and removal of old shellac. It was done by male- Kevin. At first i was skeptical but he did very good. Took about 45min. Didn’t book appointment, just came at 9.40 (they open 9.30) and they took me straight away. Lets see how long it will last.

Over all the nails look nice from a distance but up close there are a lot of marks /bubbles. I got acrylics yesterday and one has chipped already the same with my toes. There was a small mistake on one nail when I told the nail technician she got quite rude didn’t apologise for the mistake and still charged the full amount.

I am new to Crawley area, I just popped in there for mani this week and i would say I will not visit there in the future. They were just trying to finish the work very quick (unprofessionally). Had to pay £25 for gel nails and got the bubbles and didnt look nice when looking at them closer. Hope the management team can improve the customer service.

Been left with an infected big toe on my right foot after a pedicure. She carried on prodding and poking around even after it started bleeding .I had to tell her to stop. I was quoted £20 but on the day charged £28.for the manicure . Avoid at all costs

Staff are always so friendly and I have never been disappointed with any of the times I've been there and had my nails done. Would recommend and my go to place in Crawley to get my nails done!

15 daughter out on her own getting her nails done with Christmas money. Quoted £27 for acrylic nails with a little love heart and letter on a nail, then gets charged £40 at the end!! All her money! Every penny she had! Shocking I hope you feel good about taking that money off a young girl! Avoid.

The shape was excellent, the SNS was professionally applied and looks amazing! I had gone to another salon in Crawley for SNS and it was so thick and looked awful, it was chipping after 5 days. Thank you Beautiful Nails, really pleased with my nails.

Absolutely horrendous place. The service is lovely but the procedure is bad. After 2 weeks of having my nails done. They have fallen off and pulled my real nail off with it. So now I’m left with half a nail.
