This place used to be quite good - cheap prices and decent service. However, since the main lady has hired new people it has gone downhill. The trainees waxed my arms EXTREMELY badly and it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I now have a rash and cuts on my arm from where they were trying to pull off the wax. I did not want to write this review as I really like the main lady who works here - she fixed the bad job they had done on my arms as best as she could and is very nice. The new staff need proper training before they deal with paying clients. Sadly, I will not be returning unless I am absolutely desperate.

STAY AWAY IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
I went there today (in the snow) and I said hello to the lady at reception. She ignored me for 2 minutes while I kept saying hello and tried getting her attention. It was clear that she was too busy on her phone to realise that I was even standing here. I saw her messaging or something on her mobile but she clearly ignored me. In fact, the laser lady who rents the room was also standing there with a Male and they both watched me get ignored while they had just entered. I do not agree it is a misunderstanding at all...if I did see the laser girl it doesn't mean she should ignore me. I am new to the area and wanted to try this beauty salon but I will not be going again after this unprofessional experience. This is an excellent example of bad customer service and you have lost a lot of business because of it.

I visited this place first time for my party Hair& Makeup. I am so happy with my makeup Dimple(owner) is so talented. I am regular client in Gravesend branch but I came here only for my makeup. I liked this place very much Professional service. Highly recommended

I visited the salon today. 1st time service was received by the owner. I intended to have my whole face waxed. Dimple was so professional she looked at the interest of her customer. She waxed one side of my face only to discover it peeled half my skin around the mouth area which tends to happen when you have very sensitive skin. She threaded my face instead and also gave me beauty tips. She allowed me the time that i needed without rushing me, although other customers were waiting. Very very happy with the service. Well done Dimple. Will come again soon !
