I have been at this salon before wasn't impressed but decided to try my luck one more time and again huge disappointment. Despite being served by another hairdresser the same issue. First question I got asked was if I need my hair to be washed. I told the receptionist that I didn't as I washed it the day before but I didn't like my hair to be cut dry and she said they will spray with some water. But the hairdresser didn't even bother to do that and cut my hair dry. It was tied in a ponytail and wasn't straight when I took it off but she cut it even without straightening and when I got home realised one side is at least 1cm longer than the other. I don't understand why they avoid washing hair as their price isn't the cheapest. But the most important thing is the cut is awful. I will have to keep it in a ponytail again until I find a good hairdressers to correct it.
The staff absolutely not interested in caring for customer and retaining them.

I've been going to this Salon for years and always get a great cut and colour. James and his team are very friendly with all clients and they really know their stuff. If I ever move away from the area, I will still try to get back to Siger for my haircuts.

Lauren is an absolute gem. She was so helpful and I can't thank her enough for sorting my hair out. It's a shame they don't accept tips, she definitely deserves it. Thank you again Lauren:).

Pleasant staff, but had my hair bleached and my scalp burned , now is all flaky and still hurts after one week, be careful !
I will not return unfortunately the damage of my hair is terrible not just my scalp but the blending of the hair is far from a proffesional one.

Friendly staff who offer tea/coffee upon walking in, professional, give honest advice and are great at what they do. I used to go in for perms when living in the area, miss this place highly recommended!!

Have been having my hair highlighted for years this was the worst Experience!!! had to get my hair colour corrected by a specialist & re cut properly ruined my hair avoid Louise/Louisa I don’t even think they have hairdressing qualifications AVOID this place if you want colour done! Waste of money & will ruin your hair :(

Not a good place:

Gonna sound petty but I wasn't even offered coffee however the next customer walked in she was offered one.

Didn't even show me what the back looks like - when I came home I realised that I look like 11 year old girl that goes to churh every Sunday ( I am a 29 year old male)

So unless you are very, veery good at explaining what you require you will be left unsatisfied.

I would rate 1 star but since I wasn't left bold I will give 2 - tho maybe I'd rather ended up bold.

Very great an excellent an the manageress new what style I wanted an I wished I gone there ages ago lauren an the ladys are comfortable to be with deff going backi got the perm I wanted at last also she showed me pic on mobile anti b unused she new how to do it for me I have my friend going as well thanx very much I feel so comfortable with going out now xx
