"Thank you" Carine for my lovely nails!

I have been going to All About You Ellesmere for over 5 years; firstly each time I came on holiday and then regularly since moving to the area in Jan 2017. Carine was recommended to me by friends and I have never been disappointed. I am delighted with how she has helped me to grow my nails from very short and brittle to a length and condition where people assume they are not my own. Carine is extremely talented and I value her advice on colours, designs and how to best care for my nails. I always enjoy my appointments (which includes a good chat) and always come away extremely happy with the result. I have lost count of the number of people who have admired my nails and asked where I go. I always recommend the salon.

The salon has a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere ( a real pleasure to visit) Everyone who works there is extremely pleasant and helpful. It is spotlessly clean and the hygiene standards are second to none, which is really important to me.

I can honestly say that All About You is the best Salon I have ever been to..

Highly recommended and I would rate it as 5 stars***** without question. I certainly won't be going anywhere else!

Walked in a stranger, left as a friend. I return approximately every 2-3 weeks. Had hair extensions, loved them. Due for them to be renewed, will be back next week. ALL of the staff are so professional, yet funny, easy to get along with, they will accommodate your needs/wants, drinks are served as & when you require (coffee, tea and certain soft drinks) plz don't forget to take the obligatory box of chocolates, so they can be eaten throughout your appointment.
This is a place that is a one stop shop for all things "Beauty" and a great stop at that... Sarah B

I was considering Botox but was a little nervous about it, I looked in to the SkinBase Collagen Lift treatment which has great reviews. I thought the nearest place to get this would be Chester but found that All About You in Ellesmere is now offering it. I had my first session on my face yesterday and already looks and feels a little tighter!! Looking forward to my next session and was excited to hear that this will also work on my stomach!! Salon was clean and bright, therapist knowledgeable and funny. Added bonus is that the treatment was a little cheaper than in Chester too so saved some pennies!

Not the best experience here sadly. Booked in over Facebook messenger for BIAB and removal of old BIAB polish. I turn up for my appointment and the woman who booked me in had only given me an hour with the nail tech, and that she hadn’t told the nail tech that I was getting BIAB. Removal was very rushed and she just filed the old gel down, and my nails were burning hot and overfilled. The gel applied was rushed and she didn’t have time in the appointment for BIAB polish so I had regular gel. Once getting home and seeing my nails in daylight they were streaky. They’re starting to rip and chip as my nails are now so thin. The nail tech isn’t bad, the issue lies with the woman who booked me in for BIAB and removal and hadn’t informed the nail tech of this so the rushed hour time slot.

What a lovely place, I've had 3 areas of botox today and am very happy with the service, carine is lovely and always makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease , I look forward to my appointments here and would highly recommended the place 😀

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. Salon looks mostly nice inside and staff are friendly. The service was disappointing sadly - the lady doing my nails took a call for 5-10 minutes so I was left by myself. I didn’t feel like the overall experience was much of a treat or very relaxing unfortunately. For the price, the nails were nice though and Carine was very obliging to suit my needs. The nails lasted well but due to the overall experience I sadly won’t be returning.

I have been going to the salon for 2 years now to have my nails done and would never go anywhere else. They are professional and friendly and my nails always look amazing and everyone comments on them and asked where I've had them done. The salon is clean and I always feel very relaxed there and always look forward to my appointments. I have had other treatments done there over the years too and would highly recommend them.
