Irum is so lovely and accommodating. I was quite tense and in need of a massage and she managed to squeeze me in with 2 hours notice! I loved the whole massage and fell asleep. It was relaxing but deep enough to loosen some of my tension. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and at the end of the treatment she even let me play and feed her cute little rabbit! Would defo go again! Thanks Irum!

I was SO SO overjoyed when I was recommended Irum by a friend and I love the Neals yard facials that she does. She’s very accommodating, understanding, patient and flexible. Irum did my bridal make up, she was very easy to talk to and we discussed my vision first. She was really calm, so lovely to talk to and really put me at ease from any prewedding nerves. I felt so relaxed during the process. She really took her time with every step and it was all beautifully blended and my eye make up was amazing. She gave me a chance to check the look and make any changes, but for me it was perfect. She went above and beyond and i woukd definitely recommend her for creating your look. I have visited a few times now and am very impressed by the service provided. Irum is very knowledgeable and amazing at what she does.
The microdermabrasion sessions have noticeably improved my skins appearance.
I’ve also had the hydra facial which was great. Irum explained what she was doing at each step which was appreciated.
The salon setup at home is modern, clean and very comfortable.
Irum was also able to discuss my skin concerns and help me build a skincare routine which I am grateful for.
