My daughter who is 18 and saved up for ages to get the money to treat herself spent £180 on colour and extensions which were done by the MANAGER EDS the colour washed out after a week and the over half of the extensions fell out after only a week ..my daughter was told by the Apprentice nothing could be done and no money could be refunded.£180 OF A 18 YEAR OLDS HARD EARNED MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN .To top it off the manager didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me herself .
