Malvern Hills Beauty

Today I had a manicure, pedicure and callus heel peel and was very impressed. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I have had treatments with Emily before and she is a gifted young woman. I would recommend a visit to Malvern Hills Beauty above the Sugar Load Café in Malvern.

This is the second occasion now that I have booked an appointment on a Saturday only to be called the day before to be let down. On the previous occasion it was after having had the appointment booked for 3 weeks. I’m astounded that on neither of these two occasions did the business owner offer to cover the staff absence. I would be wary if you are booking a slot that is particularly important for you on a Saturday such as treatments for a special occasion.

Lovely lash tint with Emily today, she is so welcoming and time spent in the salon is always so relaxing. Beautiful results too! Thanks Emily!

I booked a luxury hand manicure with Emily and it was lovely, so relaxing. I had my very dry hands treated with warm mittens first then some amazing handcream applied after, which really made such a noticeable difference. Emily took great care shaping and painting my nails, I was very pleased with the results. I also had my eyebrows plucked and neatened and have already booked to have a heel peel. I would highly recommend the beauty treatments offered by Malvern Beauty.

I have had manicures, facials and massages by Emily and I cannot recommend her enough. Emily is a real natural at what she does and offers a very professional service. I always leave feeling so relaxed and pampered.

Rather disappointing. I booked Emily for a French manicure. As she applied the top coat, there was red on the brush from the previous client, which surely should have been cleaned prior to the next client? I was the last person of the day and she clearly didn't want to spend the time correcting her error. She was actually very sorry but didn't offer to reduce the price. So I went home with a very pink looking nail!  However she did say that she would be in the salon on the following Wednesday, so to drop her a line and she would re-do for free. I am only writing this negative review as I contacted the salon two days ago, to get booked in today, the Wednesday that Emily said she would be in and I've had no response whatsoever. This was my first and last visit due to the very poor customer service. I feel ripped off. £25 of my hard earned money down the drain.
