Lash Lust Studio

Very disappointed, booked my appointment for a full mascara set the eveining of Saturday 11th July at 7pm with Beth in the absence of Jenna, the appointment I was initially advised would be for 1hr 40mins which was subsequently changed to a 2hour appointment. I arrived and alerted Beth to the fact that I had an appointment at 9pm and she informed me that she would give me time checks throughout the appointment to ensure I wasn't late for my other engagement as she had a tendency to concentrate so much on the job in hand that she often would go over the time limit...this she did eventually stopping at 9:30pm!!! She was not happy with the work she had done apologised and immediately suggested I return at a time convenient to me free of charge so she could finish the job. I suggested Friday 17th July she informed me she had another appointment which she would cancel to fit me in, throughout the conversation she was repeatedly apologetic and confirmed she would contact me to confirm the timing of the appointment even going as far as promising to send me a picture of a friend of her's with whom she had taken 4hours to complete the full set but looked fantasitc she informed me she was slow as a technician. I called Lash Lush today with regards to my appointment on Friday and not only have I been told that the conversation with Beth didnt take place and that I have clearly misunderstood but that my appointment would not be honoured as despite the assurances I was given to return to have my appointment completed that sight unseen they were very satisfied that Beth had done the job was supposed to do....make an appointment at your own peril!!! I fully expect to receive a character assassination in response but my point is I was made a promise that this company has failed and refused to deliver.

NOTHING else comes close to the natural look and feel, as well as the amazing durability of Jenna's lashes. It's been a month of holidays, wind, sun, and ocean and they are still going strong!

From my first visit to Lash Lust I have been absolutely hooked. I now have the lashes that I have always wanted and spent many years, numerous treatments & so many different mascaras trying to achieve. The atmosphere in the studio is warm and friendly and Jenna and her team are efficient, professional and great at what they do. My son recently got married and the lashes that Jenna created were amazing ! She is a real artist and strikes the perfect balance between naturally flattering with the wow factor. Thank you Lash Lust team !

Just brilliant from start to finish - I am blond and going to have my lashes and brows done has made such a huge difference to me. I get so many compliments on them - and a make up artist told me they were the best she had seen. Thank you Jenna and Tilly.

Best individual eyelashes I have ever had! Usually I get fed up with them and let them drop off but these I have had infills twice now and still absolutely love them. Jenna was recommended to me by a friend about 5 years ago when I asked here where she had her lashes done. Sine I've been been having them done at Lash Lust, my eyelashes are the thing I'm most complimented on, and whilst it's flattering to be told how great they are, it's Jenna that makes them look so amazing!

I had lovely lash extensions by Jenna today - soooo pleased with them and exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back! Thanks Jenna!
