Loved my first experience here. I had a facial from here and to be honest went to a deep sleep and Dimple literally had to wake me up💤💤. It was damn good and instantly saw a glow on my tired face after that. The hair colouring and hair protein treatment was great too. Definitely go there again and would recommend anyone 👍🏻👍🏻. Thank you Dimple🙏🏻.

Very disappointed, I booked myself in for 4 treatments but when I arrived the shop was shut. I then received a message to say they were running late and to wait 15 minutes. To pay this amount of money I expected better service. Although I received an apology no form of compensation was mentioned therefore I cancelled the appointment and therefore would not recommend or use again.

Amazing place to book your Bridal makeup and party makeup .I am so happy with all services.I booked my bridal makeup and pre bridal package for my wedding and make up was stunning and pre bridal package including facial, waxing , body polishing, pedicure manicure.dimple done everything professionally.I highly recommend this place 😃

Can’t fault this place! Ladies are always friendly and make me feel at ease every time I go. I had a full body wax and eyebrow tint. Made waxing easy and quick and as pain free as waxing can be. Was always asked if the wax was at a good temperature and made to feel comfortable. Eye brow tint was quick and easy and left with a nice dark tint. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Firstly she was extremely rude. I changed my mind about the colour (before she started so it wasn't a big deal) and she was all rolling her eyes at me and huffing like this isn't allowed.
All i went in for was gel colour.
It was all over the place.
Let's start with saying she DID NOT SANITISE my hands or the tools!! She didn't clean her hands either! In the middle of pandemic! Her mask wasn't on the face properly either.
The colour itself was a MESS. Didnt clean it up as she went along (I was told it will wash off when I wash my hands! Never in my life has someone left my fingers full of nail varnish like this). When I've asked her to clean it up she was scrubbing my skin to a point of it really hurting. She used her own unsanitised nails to try and scratch it off my skin. I had to tell her to stop as it obviously was extremely painful.
I asked her from the beginning to be gentle with the buffing as my nail beds are sensitive, but she continued to over buff and damage the nail, also hurting my cuticles. They were red raw!!! They're recovering now but still all split, scratched up and damaged.
I am in shock that she charged me money for this! And is refusing a refund!

Needless to say my nails are completely destroyed from buffing off too much. The gel colour didnt last even two days,so this was all for nothing.
Under consumer rights she has to give a refund but is refusing.
Absolutely appalling...I will be reporting the place for not following covid rules and going against health and safety. If you don't want any infections, please do not go there.

Really disappointed. Had a staff member with seemingly no training or qualifications do my waxing. It took twice as long as it should have and was very painful. She has also missed parts, which is ridiculous after taking so long. Parts of my skin are very sore. It's a horrible, dingy and grubby room, but most importantly- I've never experienced a wax this bad before. AVOID THIS PLACE!
