Had a Hollywood wax which was done v quickly and relatively pain free for the most part. She used hot wax but strips for the smaller hairs which is normal so not sure what the bad reviews are about...I do agree that the whole place needs a bit of an update and the fact that I'm on the table with my legs wide open facing the thin curtain which separates me from the outside isn't really good and put me on edge slightly....but overall I'm happy with the end result and will return in the future :)

I’ve had full leg wax and Hollywood wax from the lovely ladies here. Firstly, I’d never had a wax before and was guided through it so kindly. I’m so happy I took the plunge and did it, especially that I chose to come here for it!
Secondly, I thought I’d treat myself to eyelash extensions and now I dont think I’ll ever go back, they look so natural and beautiful, I’ve just left and I can’t stop looking at them!
Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and I can’t wait to come back again for a top up.

Just entered the salon this morning to enquire about facial services and was greeted with a couple of rude answers - enough to put me off and step out after a 5 min conversation with the lady (assuming Manager there). Perhaps you are good with certain customers but it was not the case with me. Thanks.

Based on the feedback, here are my comments please:

- I entered salon to enquire if you had any availability at all. I did not know you don't expect customers to enter salon for enquiries. Maybe I got that wrong so my bad.
- The behaviour/conversation was quite cold. Using the word Darling does not make a conversation warm if the key messages are cold.
- Just did not expect the cold behaviour and lack of willingness to have a conversation. I shared my skin problem and was told that don't go for any treatments in this salon rather than even trying to understand the problem a bit better or attempting to resolve. I have been to many salons before who hear out problem and suggest what treatments are best.

Anyway you can choose to disagree but I shared my opinion. I hope the salon can be more considerate and hear people out rather than rejecting straight away or becoming personal on this forum.

Very friendly and professional staff, I was a bit nervous as it was my first Hollywood wax and I was put completely at ease. Will definitely return!

Came in for a Head massage. Not sure if this was by the manager. No conversation or warm feeling at all by this lady (short, slim lady with a bit of makeup on and brown hair) I’ve had a lot of Indian head massages and by far this was one of the most pointless, effortless ones I’ve ever had! She literally put no effort in what so ever. My three year old niece could rub my head like that. Honestly, the atmosphere and attitude was a 0. Everyone seemed fed up I could understand it was the end of the day and they was busy I’m a very understanding person, but when people come to a professional salon for a service and they’re paying you would expect at least some consideration for waiting, and manners especially being a client there. I had to ask her to stop literally rubbing my head and politely ask for a thorough massage with fingers. I left feeling even more stressed than I did before entering. I do not recommend and won’t be attending again here. You really need to work on your professionalism and manners.

First visit today , to this salon. Very friendly people.The lady who did my leg wax and Brazilian was so lovely and professional and made me feel totally relaxed,considering I’ve never met her before ,and had my bits on show 🤦‍♀️

I went to Bristol Beauty Zone for the first time today. I got my eyebrows threaded and a Brazilian wax. I was super nervous about having my first intimate wax experience. Sakina made sure to make me feel super comfortable and at ease. She has 16 years experience, which you can tell by the way in which she ensures you experience the least amount of pain. She even went above and beyond what I had requested for, waxing some extra areas for me. What I thought would be a horrendous experience turned out to be a wonderful one! This place has gained a new loyal and regular customer. Thank you so much!

Didn't really like my experience here, came as had good reviews but after my experience I'm really not sure why.
Had my eyebrows waxed and lady didn't wipe them before waxing, left loads of hairs in the middle and barely shaped them so had to do it myself when I got home.
As for the Hollywood wax, again left loads of hairs behind and the lady didn't talk to me the whole time so it was just awkward silence so didn't help me feel at ease at all. I have had amazing experiences at other salons where they shape my brows beautifully and wax perfectly for cheaper than this.......
Venue could also do with some sprucing up as there was only a curtain separating the room from the outside.
