I got my nails, feet, eyelashes, and eyebrows done at this shop for over 4 months/spent well over £1000. The work was good, but the customer service was disgusting. I was made to feel that even though I was a regular customer spending tons of money in this shop, my business was unappreciated! Specifically, it was one of the owners that made me feel this way (she never rendered me any services, so I guess that’s why she treated me dismissively. Regardless, I don’t care if you’re the best nail tech in town, if you don’t appreciate my business and make me feel uncomfortable, I’m not coming back!

Nails can be hit or miss. Sometimes they came out great, one time one hand of acrylics were longer than the other, and many times a nail has snapped in a week, they then make you pay for the repair. Atmosphere is a little awkward, their customer service is bad (their tone of voice and attitude) didn’t feel appreciated as a customer after going there for a year. Since going somewhere else I pay less and get nails that are better quality. Also they do not give customers patch tests before eyelash extensions which is a massive red flag 🚩.

10/10 always amazing service, the girls are all so lovely every time I come in and my nails are always perfect when I come out

Recently they’ve also branched out to other beauty treatments such as semi permanent makeup which I highly recommend to everyone, just had my brows done by Emma and couldn’t be happier

I love Art of Nails in Mildenhall. They are consistent with the services they provide and the prices are reasonable. They are a cash only (GBP) establishment. All of the technicians are very friendly and skilled. This is my go-to!

First impressions aren’t great, the tables are covered in dust from nail polish that’s been removed. Behind the screens there are dirty tea and coffee mugs for the customers to look at as they get their nails done. The machines they use are old and covered with nail polish marks.

I went to get my nail polish removed and a new set painted. I had read the reviews that the girls were rude, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The nails I had done starting peeling within a week. When I returned to the shop to complain the girl immediately went on the defensive and blamed me because I hadn’t returned when the nails started peeling. I had been away for two weeks and wasn’t able to visit the salon.

It seems that the girls are pleasant enough when everything is fine, but as soon as there’s a problem their policy is the customer is never right.

Going to the salon and getting your nails done should be a treat and you should feel pampered. Instead I had a horrible experience, and will never use this salon again. It would have taken them 10 minutes to remove my nails (which was all that I wanted but the beautician refused to even listen to me and instead ranted that I should have come in earlier) As a result they have lost a customer that wanted to support a local business.
