This business seems like it been taken over by new people. I booked a massage at 11.30 after waiting 40 minutes and I had to keep asking how long did I had to wait I finally got a massage. The lady smelt of BO., the room was hot and even though I asked her to concentrate on getting knots out of my shoulders she didn’t even try. There was a family of five having their nails done and all I could hear was them talking, laughing etc. it was NOT. Relaxing and a complete waste of money. I’ll not be going back.

The ladies are all so professional, welcoming and friendly, came for my birthday and they even put the happy birthday song in the background ☺️
It made me emotional, came out looking great and feeling amazing!

Very unorganised. Appointments running late. Definitely not the the same ambience it had with the previous owner/girls. The Turkish lady however was lovely, did my treatments fab, even though she was being rushed - remained friendly and professional.

I regularly get my eyebrows done here but just had a microdermabrasion deluxe facial, can honestly say It was AMAZING! My skin looks absolutely glowing was so relaxing and staff very friendly can highly recommend! This is definitely a new regular treatment for me!

I am not very regular of using salons but when I go I try to take packages in which I can receive all the services I want in one go.

Raj and her staff offered me very good and attractive package which made me not to go anywhere else and when I receive the services it was more then the value I paid, especially the body massage was so relaxing and effective, I almost fall asleep.

Thanks to Raj and her team. I will definitely visit again very soon. 😊

Hi I have done facial and Indian head message in serenity beauty room.it was the best experience I ever had in my life, I can see the glow on my face no more black heads even my friend asked me what I have done is so much glow , I recommend to my friend and she been there and she is equally happy as me. We have decided that we will go once every month as their price is very reasonable as well.
