Skin Deep

My first visit to this clinic and I am very impressed. Vanessa is a excellent clinician, having a thorough understanding of my needs and expectations. The clinicnitself is welcoming, spotlessly clean and adheres to all covid restrictions. The room Vanessa uses is the same and her techniques are aseptic at all times. She explains the procedure that is recommended, following a full examination and carefully listening to my needs. Each step is explained full and, whilst there was a small amount of pain experienced, it was not more than I expected. Vanessa did not rush me , showing great patience and answering all questions professionally. In honesty I was impressed with the premises, procedure and professionalism.
