If I could give less than a star I would. Very unprofessional. Spent ages painting my nails for the woman to not let them dry properly & spoil them. She blamed me for having them too short, removed all of the nail polish and just painted them clear. They ask that you pay before you have your nails done so I paid GBP 25 for clear nail polish. No offer of a refund or discount & no apology. Very unhappy with the service and attitude.

This place has gone seriously down hill compared to when I just started using their services (4 years ago). Came in today for an eyebrow threading, which for me is all about precision and detail. The result was on par with what I would have achieved myself with my eyebrow tweezers. Awful experienxe. I did not recognise any of the staff there, looks like turover is high and all the ladies who actually know what they are doing have unfortunately left the shop. Look elsewhere.

This place is genuinely rubbish and overpriced. £22 each for a manicure and pedicure that are essentially worth £6. My nails have already chipped and I had it 2 hours ago. They are extremely unprofessional and, after messing up another girl's shellac, were talking between themselves about making her pay quickly while she was still sitting there before she had an opportunity to change her mind!! Do not go here, it is not worth it.

Awful experience. I only went in to remove my gel nails, and of course you can't expect much but this just made me very angry. When I entered I was asked to wait on the seats by the entrance (even though I had an appointment booked). I was surprised to realise that that's where my treatment will take place - at the reception seats by the entrance door. A lady came and placed a towel on my knees (as there was no table for her to work on). Of course the acetone dripped everywhere and went all the way through the towel and left horrible white stains on my trousers! I then had to return to work that way! The very simple procedure was very uncomfortable and even painful - the lady scratched my cuticle and pinched the skin around my nails (as she had to hold my fingers mid air). She could not pay full attention to me as she was torn between doing another girl's eyebrows and answering the phone at the same time. Avoid this place where possible.

AVOID!! Awful experience of waxing at the One New Change branch. Seriously concerned about the treatment I received. The room was grubby from the previous client, tiny space, the therapist was rude and seemed to be in a real rush like I was a burden. She didn’t leave the room or look away whilst I changed and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m in a lot of pain as I think I’ve been burnt by the wax and she was really rough - even when I asked her to stop, she kept going and seemed to want to tell me off for wincing in pain! Horrible horrible horrible. It’s nearly 24 hours later and still sore, with visible signs of the damage. Can’t believe I paid £25. Please avoid!

1.9 is generous
Whilst the owner was very receptive to a refund and did genuinely try and assist with a free follow up visit, this was the worst 'microdermabrasion' of my life. It cost me money to fix and a week with a peeling face , whilst I attended a wedding. They seem to be very busy with nails so maybe they're good at that.

LOL! This place is horrendous! The lady who took off my gel colour and did a "manicure", made two of my nail beds bleed and didn't even apologise! This is supposed to be relaxing but it felt like torture that I paid £25 for! The place is filthy and music was left skipping on a CD the entire time I was there. Please don't go here! Please! I would give zero if I could.

My friend got a Hollywood done at this salon. She bled and was left in so much pain. My friend had to leave the job unfinished as she was in so much agony and bled. She even got asked if she was "on her period" when she started to bleed due to the waxing. Very insensitive. She was left traumatised and went back home in tears.
