Terrible experience! I was asked to leave once she finished applying the nail polish and the dry drop...(next customer is here) The treatment should be 40 mins but I was only there for 30mins!! I knew that my nail wasn't completely dry, my right thumb nail was a bit smashed when I was trying to carry my bag on. The lady tried to put another layer of top coat to cover it and obviously it was not working. She clearly just wanted to rush me out and didn't really know what she was doing. I asked her to remove all my paints in the end... Waste of time & money!

It is clear that staff are more concerned with how many clients they can see and how quickly as opposed to doing a good job. I came in for a shellac and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable at the nail station by the nail technician. I am surprised as a place who deals with skin conditions also, staff have zero idea about the varying degrees of skin conditions, one of which includes hyperhidrosis. I am fully aware my hands sweat a lot when I am feeling hot or in a warm environment which can evidently make it difficult to have a shellac manicure done. What I don't appreciate is staff making comments like "I have granny fingers" and whilst still doing my nails, talking about her 'next client' and thinking about her next client. One of the most awful customer service experiences from a nail salon. I would avoid at all costs and will definitely not come back again!!

Had shellac manicure done. Too expensive. Only my 3rd chosen colour was available. Worst paint ever with bubbles and chipped 3 days later as edge of nail not sealed. Lady that done it very nice but not skilled enough for the 45 pounds I paid.

Not even worth the one star! Went with two friends to get our nails done. If you just want a quick paint then your good to go! If you want a a nice relaxing manicure appointment then that's not your place!

-100000. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got gels removaled and reapplied and a pedicure. Their idea of a pedicure is putting you on a massage bed and placing your feet in a bowl of warm water. The lady put 3 coats of polish on my nails and then put “drying” oil over it, when I got home the polish had come off two toes. On my hands, they cut my nails and then began to file, when she filed my nail it was visibly wonky and I kept telling her to fix one side so it was a square shape (it was before I went to them) then she ended up filing them down quite a bit (originally they were quite long). None of the nails are the same length and when she painted my nails she started further up the nail so it looked like my nails had already grown out. In the end I took the nail file off the technician and filed my own nails down as best as I could. When I tried to tell the “manager(Saima)” she said “well I think she’s done a pretty good job and you chose quite a difficult colour to paint” - if it was that difficult, why did nobody tell me beforehand that the results wouldn’t be great with this colour. I got offered a 15% discount and still paid £61. I’ve been to a lot of salons but I have never paid that price for the service I got (pedicure in a bowl?!?!?) and then to walk away with bent nails. Ridiculous service, ridiculous salon and absolutely ridiculous staff.

My first gel manicure went wrong, however when I called the staff to let them know, they were very helpful and booked me in to have them redone the following day. Giuliana was great at doing Shellac, would book with her again. Thanks!

Visited here for eyebrow threading and shellac removal. Taken into the small, cramped side room for the eyebrow threading which was fine but instead of being taken out to the nail station for the shellac removal, I was asked to sit on the edge of the treatment bed to have the shellac removed. I was hunched over and really uncomfortable with my hands resting on my thighs. After the therapist had applied the foils to my nails, she left me in the room - after grabbing her mobile from her jacket - and I was just sat on the edge of the bed waiting for 10 minutes. She came back and removed the shellac, which was fine but being kept in the side room and having my nails done whilst sat on the edge of the treatment bed was a really strange experience and not what I was hoping for considering the City location and the prices.

Men's basic manicure for £22
So NOT worth it.

- Had one cut bleeding cuticle aftee
- 2 nails got snags with in a day
- Manicurist was very odd and asked loads of personal questions like she was interviewing me.

Overall really bad experience.
