Booked a pedicure for a birthday treat which I really enjoyed. I also had eyebrow and lash tint on the same day. Sangeeta was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable, which made my experience more enjoyable. Thank you! 😊

Hi. I would like to thank Zara for the amazing job. Very friendly and helpful. She explained everything in detail. I did micro needling treatment for the first time. The result is super amazing for the first time itself(dark spots reduced, acne scars reduced, plump cheeks). I really love it so much. Will definitely visit for the upcoming sessions. I originally booked the lash lift and brow lam promo in this salon. But because I want my eyebrows shaped, i asked Aysha to shape my eyebrows. Lil'did I know that she'd wax it without even asking if I have sensitive skin. So I just let her continue, tot it's normal to sting. I left the salon, I even tipped her cos the lash lift was great! But when I got out the door and took photos. I saw my skin was stripped off too! Left me with scars and i went to paris with them next day! Worst salon ever!!!

Love love love how these amazing woman made me feel as soon as I entered the shop. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My lash lift was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Zara and she even tinted and shaped my eyebrows to the T. Would highly recommend this place and definitely making Stratford Salon my Regular go too!!!!.

Best word to describe it: a DUMP. My advise: Do not waste your time! Had an appointment booked through Treatwell and arrived with my two children first impression very bad the place is shabby. First question I was asked rather rudely was “Is someone coming to take the kids?” I said no. Zara first told me that they were not allowed children because of the noise so she called her boss while we wait in the reception area, she then came back to say it was fine, that she understood sometimes you have to leave with children. Then gave me a questionnaire to fill in and while I was filling it constantly invading my personal space and asking details about my baby?? Zara then went away and came back the form was filled and then she asked where was I sitting the baby I said on the buggy. No no health and Safety there’s no space in the room, goes back inside to call her boss and comes back to me saying that she cannot take the booking and did the refund. Then blaming me saying things like if you’d have told us before hand we would book a bigger room and that in Treatwell says no children and I Should have know. At this point I wanted to get out of this place and I said stop blaming me there’s nothing on Treatwell and I have my receipts. The wacko Zara kept insisting that this was my fault and I left. What a lucky escape! It’s 2022 and I will not have myself treated in places were there’s no respect for the customer and ran ruthlessly squeezing people for their buck!

I really enjoyed having my facial and nails done. Both Khadija and Bliss were amazing!!! They were both friendly and made me feel at ease. They were so good that I have booked another appointment and I can't wait! It was worth my time and money. Thank you so much ladies 😊

Zara was very sweet and explained everything well. She made sure I was okay with everything and explained anything I wasn’t sure about. Would definitely recommend!!

Aisha did a brilliant job with the lash lift! Looks like fake lashes and the atmosphere was very therapeutic with a serend aroma! 10/10 service I highly recommend!!
