I have going to Amy Louise Beauty for a while now. The staff and service is excellent, nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my nails done, well done girl's, keep up the good work. Xxx

The deluxe facial was truly a lovely experience. Kitty the therapist made me feel very relaxed and her knowledge of skincare therapy is a credit to her. Thankyou.

Great for gel nails, not so good for normal polish. See photos taken just after leaving the salon. The therapist spent a long time trying to make my nails look good but unfortunately the varnish was old and remained tacky after application. Have had to remove straight away ☹️

I have been to Amy Louise Beauty before, had lashes done and it's always been really good. This time I was booked in with a girl called Jade, she smelled really strongly of cigarettes which was very off putting. Also there were long pauses during the lash treatment, I wasn't sure what was going on until I heard her tapping away on her phone. A very unprofessional treatment and very expensive, I won't be going back!

The staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond to help you. I love my all my treatments at Amy Louise Beauty. I can highly recommend them for all your pampering needs.💅👍

On Tuesday I had a full set of acrylic nails done for my graduation. They were ombré with extensions. Within two days (Thursday) my right thumb extension had come off and two other nails on my left hand had cracked. I rang up and was booked in to have a poly dip fix on my thumb nail uncharged, though this did not match the others and the cracked nails were merely given a top coat and I was told they would be fine. Over the following three days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)more of my nail extensions came off, others spilt and most of them lifted causing pain and bending of my actual nails. I went in and asked for a refund after the weekend as I wasn’t able to get in contact till the following Tuesday and was told that this could be sorted by the manager and that I could have them soaked off the following day (Wednesday). The manager wasn’t in on the Wednesday when I had my nails finally soaked off, despite knowing the of situation and I was given a phone number to sort out the following day. When contacting the company again on Thursday, we were told by a member of staff that the manager was on holiday only to have a phone call back from her moments later. The manager only offered a treatment of the same price which we declined, due to me only requiring my nails done for that special event any other treatments are of no use to me. The manager then became abrupt and said that because products had been used I could only have another treatment. She also said the nails had been on for a week (even though they were broken) so she said we were getting no where with the phone call and hung up. I am appalled by the overall experience I am left with no refund and soft and sore nails due to a very poor set of acrylics. I would not recommend you using this company and I personally will not be returning for any treatment due to the poor standards I have received.

Another amazing job on my nails this morning done by the lovely Charlotte who has just started. She seems to of fitted well into the team. Nails are beautifully done. Thank you

I’ve been going Amy’s now for a few years for lashes and nails and it’s just lovely in there. All the girls are just beautiful inside and out. Made to feel super welcome and it’s such a calm positive place to get pampered. Everyone super professional and super kind. I’m always super happy with every treatment I have. Highly recommend.
