Avoid! Very unprofessional and disorganized company. I purchased a GroupOn voucher in November and booked my first treatment in January. On the day of the skin test I received a text saying they could not honour the voucher and I would need to request a refund. Eventually they agreed to do the skin test and honour the voucher but the following week they changed their mind and said they couldn't fulfill the voucher again. Do not purchase a GroupOn voucher from this company as they offering something the cannot deliver.

Entered a competition along with my sister at the national wedding show where they had a stand. They were promoting a competition, for £2000 of laser hair, we were encouraged to enter, my sister to her joy,won the competition, and was promised they would send an email confirmation and voucher. Both wee never recieved. Despite constant phone calls and emails, they did everything possible to avoid us, and kept saying they would be in touch, they never did. To date we have not received the prize. I have informed the wedding show organisers, of the misleading. promotion. Saw them again at another wedding show, complained they took my details promised someone would get in touch , yet to date they have not done. Beware using this business, they are not genuine, and promotions are con, would not trust them to provide any good service, let alone treatment.

Worst experience ever. They never replied to my email when I tried to book a first appointment. They did not pick up the phone for a whole month. When I finally managed to talk to somebody, I was told they were very busy and would call me cack, which never happened. I eventually managed to get a refund for my groupon voucher. A waste of energy and time. Avoid.

I have had fantastic results. I no longer have hair on my armpits! Only had 5 laser sessions . I didn’t expect to get such great results so soon . Highly impressed . The clinic is so convenient as I work in Canary Wharf I can go there in my lunch break :) . Highly recommend StayLasered :)

I just walked out the "clinic" completely shocked!! First of all, I supposed to have an appointment today at 18:00 and yesterday evening they texted me asking if I could go by 17 on the same day (with 1 hour notice!! !?!). I managed to book for today at 12:15 instead. I arrived there 5 minutes earlier and sent a text to let the lady know I had arrived. No answer.

At 12:15 I called the 2 phone numbers I had and none picked up the phone. I went to the room (the "clinic" is just a tiny room with a small bed and the laser) and knocked on the door..no answer. I tried calling again. No answer. I knocked again.... Nothing. At that point I was furious as I had to change all my day plan around this new schedule they gave me and I sent a text saying that I was going to complain because nobody even care enough to send a text to apologise for the delay.

After the text was sent the lady called me (hallelujah!) and she was so so rude! She didn't apologise, she said she was in the room now! OK... I went back to the room and again...she was super rude and she didn't even say hello she was mad at me for the text I sent. SHE was mad!! Can you believe it??? I just walked away even scared that by the attitude she had she could do something wrong to me with the laser!!

Terrible terrible experience.

N. B. I just noticed the other review on this clinic and the answer of the owner. I can assure you that they have Groupon vouchers, I had one of them. My guess is that this is the treatment they reserved to people getting in touch with them thanks to Groupon!

Really unprofessional and rude at times. Last appointment she left me waiting bforn20 minutes not picking up the phone. I had a Groupon with her but won't redeem the remaining ones as the experience is far too unpleasant

Suffered burns at this clinic and they now refuse to respond to my calls or emails, haven’t given me any advice on how to avoid permanent scarring, and won’t provide me with a refund.

I had a very good experience, very effective and professional service. I needed 7 sessions but my hair is all gone.
