Zone Beauty Studio - Town Centre

I have been to Zone beauty before however the Kettering branch was my closest, since relocating to Northampton I now have the pleasure of using this Zone beauty instead. Tina 2 is incredible and provides nothing but the best! If you would like a spa pedicure by the best ask for her. She’s friendly, chatty and just a joy to deal with.

Sumyia the shop assistant/receptionist is also super friendly, she’s attentive kind and always goes the extra mile to make people happy. The girls were even late leaving work to accommodate my manicure and pedicure which I really appreciated

Over all a lovely clean, pleasant shop. Will certainly continue to use them, thank you to the girls at Zone! X

Went in, first of all messed up the appointments.
Then proceeded to take 20min to do full acrylics + nail art…
All nails were wonky… safe to say the polish began to chip the very next day and have a continued to do so a week later. And nails began to lift half way through the week. Contacted them for a refund, weren’t very helpful and refused a refund… £40 worth of their mistakes and shocking work!

During pedicure woman hurt my big toe and the big toe was very painful for up to 4 days later, not sure what she did, but was very painful to touch!

Safe to say, won’t be going back!

‘Customer service’ is shockingly rude and awful. Wish to NOT be contacted by them again. Fuming!

Had a walk in appointment and my nails already had gel on. My gels were removed with the acrylic tools causing extreme pain to my nail bed. I had to ask the woman to stop and she told me it was "quicker" to use the tool. I have never had gel nails removed with no acetone and foil! I was having a french manicure applied to my nails after the removal. I had my cuticles and skin ripped off by the nail technician and was left in excruciating raw pain! I will not be going back as the service was not worth what i paid, especially for the amount of pain i was left in. There is a notice saying you might experience minor cuts but these were deep rooted cuts! Not to mention the whole appointment lasted nearly 2 hours and the website stated the treatment would be £27, then i was charged extra for a french manicure - which was not stated. Also the lady was unbothered about doing my nails.

My daughter had acrylic nails done at this salon on the 7th Aug 2022, within a week 2 of the nails came off, then 3 days later 2 more nails came off. Considering she doesn't do any house work or other nail strenuous activities, I feel this is unreasonable. I called the salon and they said they only offer free fixes within 72hrs, anything after that carries a charge. I've decided not to bother getting them redone, but I firmly expect acrylic nails to last at least 3 weeks before any issues happen.

I just want to take this time to thank these lovely ladies who made me feel like a powerful woman again.

I went in today to get my nails done and Claudia done an absolute stunning job, cleaning my nails, making sure i like every step of the process. Honestly i feel so happy i chose this place.

To go ahead to my pedicure, Ana Maria was a outstanding technician who first of all made me feel so welcomed, is very visible she loves her job, the work she has put in for my pedicure was above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything.

To go to my eyebrows Didi has also taken her time to give me the perfect shape that i asked for, amazing technician and again feeling so welcomed by all the ladies.

I definitely recommend to all of you to visit these place because the way these professional ladies make you feel is unbelievable.

After a mishap, Zone Beauty Studio arranged a redo with Lavinia and she is the absolute best! She did an amazing job and made my nails stunning. I could tell how passionate she is just by the way she work. It’s like seeing an artist paint. She is super dedicated and gave her best to make my nails absolutely beautiful and I would say she is the epitome of perfection! Zone has lovely staffs and all of them made me feel very welcomed. Will be going back soon for pedicure.

After many years I have finally found THE best nail lady. I went to Zone for an infill on some awful nails I had done elsewhere. Lavinia was amazing! My nails are the best ever! I am so happy with them. What a great find this salon is. I’m looking forward to having a few more treatments! Thank you. Nicola x

I went to this salon on 29/07/21 and to say that I am disappointed with the service is an understatement. As you can see my cuticles are peeling this is due to the nail tech pushing my skin back and buffing it out with an electric buffer of some sort something which I've never had done. The gel nail polish is already chipping and it's only been 6 days. Not only are my cuticles hurting as the skin wears down but it's unattractive and a total waste of my money. I wouldn't advise anyone else to go here.

Not only did they do a terrible job but the organisation of the place is a joke. I made a booking online and paid the deposit as per protocol and notified them as requested. This was basically pointless because when I called the following day to see whether my appointment could be pushed earlier there was no record of my booking. I had to speak to 3 different colleagues and say the same story 3 times until she finally booked me in for 3:25 instead of my original appointment of 3. I arrived early and yet my appointment began 10mins after my schedule time. End result being unimpressed and disappointed

Firstly I am fully entitled to write a review if I want to share my experience about a particular company.

Secondly your team really didn't have much choice but to give me an appointment because of 1) it's not as if I was a walk in and 2) as I mentioned over the phone I had paid the deposit so when they said no appointment was booked you would of had to give my deposit back despite your non refundable clause as you would be breaking your end of deal, which is something your colleague did not seem inclined to give me my money back so I was booked in.

Lastly covid restrictions is not a plausible reason that can justify the standard of work done to my nails/skin. My skin is peeling and doing so to this current day. Your colleague did call me to arrange a complimentary treatment in exchange for me to remove my review which I told her I do not feel comfortable or trust your team and I said I would think about the treatment in which I later declined. As my skin is still sore and tender now there's nothing that could be done anyways to fix it. Please get the facts right before posting a false narrative.
