Natural Spa

Always have pedicure here when I visit London. Usually book a day before, as there are not always so many staff.

Pedicure lasts about 45 minutes with foot bath spa, nail treatment and mini foot-leg massage (massage chair too).

Staff seem to have limited English or are very quiet, but that's OK with me and I often take a book (but hence the 4 stars rather than 5 as I don't feel a real connection with them).

Gel polish lasts about a month, which coincides with when I am due the next London visit. Prices are good/in keeping with other places. Clean facility. Time keeping good.

Thank you Mary! She gave the best pedicure and took her time even after closing. The massage and the gel nails were amazing! I am really impressed.

I called the place to book my appointment in advance, they booked me in, I did not come on a free basis. The place was totally over booked, not just they did not accept me on time, but they kept lying to me that they will get me in in 5 minutes, I ended up waiting 40 minutes!!!
I told them I should get compensated for this but the worker did not agree and I paid full price, she was even telling why am I surprised that I was waiting so long (even that I had an appointment booked) by saying “this is always like that” which is even worst knowing it is a known repeated issue!! Don’t know why they think this is a reasonable customer service but I won’t visit this place ever again and beware if you respect your time too!

I was given a brilliant walk-in service. Lovely staff and I was served very quickly, despite not having an appointment. Affordable prices. Had my shellac removed and nail varnish reapplied on my toenails - very happy with the result. Would definitely go back.

Just walked in with my 4 year old daughter as I promised her an after school treat and she really wanted to get her nails painted - we were unceremoniously told no…my daughter was so upset. The place was empty but they claimed to be busy…I said we could wait half an hour and come back and they still said no they are busy. Guessing we weren’t a lucrative prospect but one that would’ve taken 10 minutes. Shame on you….not a nice feeling at all

Great nail salon with very friendly staff who always do a really good job on my nails. Highly recommend Natural Spa.

Went to get my gel manicure removed. Horrible service. The guy is rude. Charged me pounds for just getting it out - no filming of the nails, no removing the nail paint. Been here before but the experience has never been this awful

Thought I would drop in after work and see if they had anyone free for a walk in manicure...apparently a big mistake. No-one looked up when I had initially gone midday to try and pre-book, and so I thought I would try again later on. When I came back around 4pm I asked if anyone would be free and after communicating amongst themselves eventually (the "boss" I'm guessing) just said dismissively come back later. When? What do you mean by later? I asked what time and got told 6pm (which was too late for me as I needed to travel by that time), I said oh no that's too late...and all they did was laugh behind their mask...what was so funny? Didn't realise I was doing a stand-up? I know best chance is to pre-book (well then perhaps have someone at reception?) but some places do take walk ins, it was no bother to me they would either be available or not, but laughing? Seemed very unprofessional and bad customer service, so I'm glad I didn't sit with them and part money for bad service, with the mixed reviews I can now believe the low ratings it's achieved as they clearly don't care about potential customers. Also when I went in the second time there didn't seem to be any ventilation at all which I would have thought would have been required due to the fumes and dust from what they do, but the door was closed. To summarise; looks nice but isn't.
