This salon has great interior and and everyone is quite polite and friendly. But I never had a manicure and pedicure done this badly in a Eastern European salon.
It was gone by Inga, and for an hour and a half she was fixing my cuticles. I asked her several times to remove more as it wasn’t looking good and she wasn’t happy about it. In the end the end the cuticle looked super badly done and uneven. When she started doing the polish it was uneven too and I had to tell her several times to fix it so just sat there checking every nail again and again. Also the shape. She made my fingers look so bad, nails were all different shape and length. At one point I just asked for the file and tried to fix them myself.
Pedicure was done in 30 min and same again. Cuticles were badly done. Shape was not great.
I didn’t have time to argue because I had plans for that day. But definitely will never go there again and do not recommend to anyone

In 2-3 days my nails started cracking from the sides and by the end of first week one of the nails didn’t have the polish anymore. By the end of second week I had 4 nails that were alright but had to take everything off myself as having 4 nails looks like a joke.

Ps. Saw on their Instagram that one of the clients does her nails every 2 weeks with them. And Now I know why. Because it doesn’t last more than that and also in 2 weeks after having my nails done. The nails that survived looked like they were already 4 weeks old.
Also I get my pedicure done every 6 weeks so everything second manicure appointment. And I was shocked that now I had to refresh it again after 3 weeks because it cracked already.

Have nothing against the salon. And would be really please with the service if it would be done by someone with 6 months experience. But when you go to the nail tech who had 8+ years of experience its sad to see bad quality. Also they are actually working on good quality materials so Its clearly the nail technician who doesn’t know how to do her job or at least she didn’t do it for me.

I am now a regular at this beauty salon and have been impressed since the first time I went to get my nails done. There is so much love, care and attention dedicated to each and every treatment. Staff is very professional and friendly, always delivering beyond your needs and expectation. The salon is always kept clean and attractive. I could not have asked for a better pampering spot where I can share a good laugh and happy conversations while treating myself to look and feel my best. Thank you! Girls, you are simply the best 💚🧡

Exceptional! I’ve been getting my nails done with Simona for over a year at this salon. Shellac is always executed perfectly, both the manicure and the colour/nail art.
The colour selection is super wide, the salon itself is very tidy and well managed, all the staff is really lovely.
Highly recommended!

Luxury establishment provides for a cozy yet professional feeling, all staff approached me with respect at all times, comfortable waiting areas where the customer is offered tea & coffee whilst they wait. The hairstyling service was far more than expected, very satisfied with the products used and the outcome. The whole experience is a must.

Amazing service and ambience;) Especially I want to recommend specialist Miriam, she is very sweet and professional. Miriam was the one to recommend me to do medical pedicure and treatment now I do it every month and Im super happy with the result.

Amazing place with real professionals ! This is the first place where my nails are safe . Master treat and look after my nails and do the job very gently ( this is very important for me , because after Gel or shellac my nails was always destroyed) but NOT this time !!! They are accurate !!! OMG I’m
