Beauty Lounge Green

Very disappointed. I went to visit to get an estimate of pricing for dying my hair. I arrived at 6pm on a Wednesday only to find the shop had closed although it clearly states that closing time is 8pm on a Wednesday. I asked the women inside that I wanted an estimate of how much it would be to dye my hair to which I was ignored rudely. She turned away and started speaking in her language shaking her head. I then asked her again which then resulted in her very aggressively saying no. I was very disappointed for the lack of manners and kindness.

It is not easy for me to change hairdressers as I am pretty fussy, but I had no choice, so I searched close to me and booked easily thru google at Beauty Lounge Green. The staff was very friendly they reassured me they have the best hairdressers and for sure they had. I am very happy with the cut, definitely coming back because they were professional and nice.

Love Beauty Lounge Green from day 1 of my visit. Highly recommend, very professional staff from reception to hairdressers.
Always fits you in for night out blow dry and I've done my balayage colour with Ylenia recently. She was just simply amazing: professional but friendly. I'm so happy happy happy with a result!

The service was terrible. The lady insulted me repeatedly by saying that my natural hair is “too curly”, and that I shouldn’t have cut it short, and that I would look much better with long hair. These comments actually made me cry when I went back home. If you don’t know how to style curly hair, maybe you shouldn’t be a hairdresser in east London! Just saying!

Excellent salon. I have been a regular customer for 5 years now using a range of their services (i.e. haircut, manicure (with gel extensions), pedicure, lash extensions & tanning services). I would certainly recommend it.

The only place I trust !!!! Rasa always making sure that my nails look good. Very friendly staff, they will make sure to provide all the information you need. 10/10
