It was my first time having my nails done there and I must say they were beautifully done by one polish lady. The quality and service are very good. The price is also affordable compared to other nail salons. Definitely going back!

I had the worst customer service here. Had my nails done and it’s the worst thing I have ever seen. Nails were so uneven, my 7 year old can do better. I called to complain and was told to come back and get it done again. They said they could only do two nails but if I wanted all changed they would have to charge me. The audacity!!!! The customer service is appalling. I will never go back here again even if you paid me. Spent petrol to return for my nails to get changed and they had to audacity to ask me to pay for it. Horrible place. Don’t go here if you appreciate good customer care.

I have been coming here for years and the manager is always lovely considering how busy it can be however I have had one too many bad experiences here. they seem to always cut my skin on my cuticles and somehow actually cut through my skin on my finger . After cutting my finger (this was clearly an accident ) but they didn't check what way the antiseptic spray was turned and sprayed antiseptic spray in my eyes multiple times which was extremely painful and no one even bothered to get up and help me. I had to take myself to the bath room and wash my eye out in a sink. no first aid kit on hand which was disappointing. the girls working haven't got a care in the world for their client they're always In a rush to get customers out and you smudge your nails the moment you leave because they don't give you enough time to dry your nails. sticking with beach hut from now on. not worth your time and money for sure

( lash extensions) right so the service was ok . i wouldn't come hear as my first option or my second my friend wanted her lashes done and i was talk to the lady ab the pics bc i was giving her some cash so she had enough and she can pay me back after and while i was talking to the lady she said £25 which i though was fine for the ones she's getting ( natural) and then we come downstairs and the lady said £35 so i asked why i was given 2 different prices and they said they dont know but it's 35 so i was passed a sheet where soem prices were changed with a pen which shoukd t happen and then when we came down and she was told to lay in the bed thing we found out ut was broken , it's a dirty place like there's dirt all over the floor , the place was very un sanitary and while she was doing the lashes ( she got indevidials ) and she wasn't separating the lashes just placing them on and the lady doing it wasn't the nicest of people i woduktn recommend this place as your first choice definitely one if your last due to the unsanitary ness of the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ab a year so aboid this place as best u can

I did lashes, micro blading and anti-wrinkle treatment on elegance beauty, and I am absolutely satisfied with their service and the treatment I had. All the treatments are excellent with high quality products. I love going there, all staff are so friendly.

Charged me £30 for infills even though the price list says £13 when I asked about it they said it is £30, I had no gel polish or any polish onto my nails and they said I had ombre which I did not, they could not match the colour I already had so they used a lighter acrylic and no nail polish. Not happy!

Been a regular here for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. I love the staff, the quality and atmosphere i enjoy every set i walk out with including having my eyebrows beautifully done will advise everyone to go here and stay. I have never been anywhere else were i actually feel 100% comfortable wish i could show all iv had haha but attached a few !!

I have used this salon once before through a friend. The first time I went to have my nails done I was happy with them. This time however I would say I will not be going back. £33 for a design that is nothing like I wanted, nails are uneven and now the beads on the design after only a few days have started to fall off. I had one lady start my nails a 2nd lady who accepted to do a design she could clearly not do and came across as in exspireanced and didn't know what she was doing and a 3rd lady who had to take over and finish. In the end I just had to say yes thats fine as I had been in there 3 hours already and had another appointment to get to.
