I will never come back here again.
Booked appointment for henna at 12
The lady who was meant to do henna was doing her own nails.
We then had to wait for 15 minutes for her nails to be completed then why book appointment.
I was expecting they would have henna design in book and price with them.
They are ask us to get design from the phone.
We was over charged for simply henna when we showed our friends and families they said we could of done this for you for less then £5.
What ever design we was asking for they said we don’t have enough henna left.
We was charged £40 for very simply design.

My friend and I had 3 appointments booked for 11am Friday. I was eventually seen about 20 mins late, my friend and her daughter waited even longer as they just try to cram in as many people as possible (one lady even walked out as she was waiting over 20 mins when she’d booked an appointment - think she had a lucky escape!)
Whilst doing nails the technician was answering the phone and even got up to do someone’s eyebrows leaving me Sat there waiting. The same thing happened to my friends daughter, they kept leaving her to go do walk in eyebrow appointments. I had acrylic nails and Two of my nails have lifted (after 2 days!) and it’s looking like others will follow suit as all looking a bit dodgy around the cuticles - so I’ve paid £46 for nails to last me a couple of days. Only left a one star review as no option to leave no stars but would avoid at all costs.

I have my nails done in this lovely beauty shop that I strongly recommend. I really like this salon because the service is amazing and the result is wonderful. Parinda did my nail very good and she put a lot of effort in them. I love them so much, I will come back for sure xx

This is the best place for eyebrows & skincare treatment. One of staff parinda threaded my eyebrows she is very professinal. Thanks for giving my eyebrows really good shape. Service is fast and friendly. She recommend me Eva Taylor skin care products which I have tried. Result is an absolutely amazing. Many thanks to the angel beauty parlour & staff it’s was really very good experience .

I had the worst experience here.. I got my manicure done here and the lady cut my cuticles so deeply that my finger was swollen and was painful because she was too busy talking to her colleague.I wrote an email complaining and it has fallen on deaf ears. Still replying for a reply. Customer service was very poor. The colleagues were talking in their our language in front of customers.
I went there two years ago because of the lack of customer service but went back there again to give them a chance but again they fail to give a 5* service..
Very poor.. I wish I could give zero ⭐️s but it won’t let me..

I had an amazing experience at Angel Salon today, I came in for my eyebrows. The lady I think her name is Aliyah. She did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. I had a few questions about my skin. She explained everything very well also told me how I can get rid of my acne. She is a very amazing worker and very talented. I am definitely pleased with her work and will be back soon. thank you for that Aliyah.

i went to get gel polish done and the nails looked great for the first maybe five days and then they started to chip and literally peel off. i was told by the lady that they’d last me a good 3-4 weeks but they barely lasted one week. so for five days of nice nails not lasting till christmas, £26 is a bit peak. the feature nail was done well though.

I had eyelash extensions done. Harpreet was really lovely and gentle. She always asked if I was okay which made me feel comfortable. Would definitely come back and recommend.
