What can I say? Delighted to have found this goldmine. Tastefully decorated which is so welcoming. I was greeted by Kirsti, my therapist today. She was so warm and friendly, I was immediately put at ease.
I have had a full leg wax many times in the past, but never this thorough.
And the after wax cream application was amazing.
I really can not recommend this salon highly enough to anyone who values excellent service at favourable prices.
I shall be booking more appointments for other treatments in the very near future. Thank you Kirsti for a relaxing experience.

Kirsti is professional, friendly and really did a fantastic job. Her treatment rooms are very clean and the decor sets the tone for a relaxing ambiance. My skin feels so refreshed and looks really radiant after my first facial. She also really tailors each treatment to your needs (for me it was helping clear my skin of a lot of clogged pores and evening out my skin tone). Also had a 30 minute back massage after as she luckily was able to squeeze me in and honestly really pleased with the quality. Again she ensures you are happy with the pressure she puts and is open to adjusting accordingly to your preference. It was probably the best massage I've had because of this so I definitely recommend her services as they are of a high standard and well worth the money !

I was given a gift voucher for Mothers Day, unfortunately due to lockdown I only used it this week but well worth the wait 🤩. Manicure and polish have made my nails look fantastic. Also had a facial which was relaxing and felt so good I have booked a course of 10. It was my first visit to Kirsti at Brampton Beauty Retreat definitely not my last, despite having to drive 40 mins to get there.
Salon felt very clean and COVID-19 safe.

I had an appointment on Saturday morning at Brampton Beauty Retreat with Kirsti for an eyebrow shape and tint.
The beauty room was really clean and on arrival I completed a questionnaire for COVID purposes. Kirsti did a great job on my eyebrows and really took time to make sure they were how I wanted them. Thank you Kirsti and looking forward to coming again :)

I have just finished a course of bio-tec facials and have been well impressed with the improvement in my skin tone and smoothness. Kirsti is a wonderful beauty therapist with magic hands. I'm looking forward to my next course of maintenance treatments.The salon is first rate and benefits from being over Dotique which is great news for buying a special outfit to go with your special treatment.

I had a massage and it was the best massage I've ever had.

I've visited BBR twice and on both occasions the customer service and quality of experience and products were excellent. They offer a very good range of treatments. In addition to waxing & manicure, I had a facial and neck/shoulder/back massage, both of which were very relaxing. The venue is very clean and well organised. Covid hygiene measures are in place and properly followed. Communication is also efficient and effective, with online booking and, as was necessary once, a follow-up phone call to check a detail.

Three things which stood out at the first visit: (1) there was no interrogation about my health and skin treatment routines; (2) they were not judgemental about my general lack of skin treatment routines; and (3) there was no attempt to sell me any products. (I had previously experienced all of these at another local beauty venue and found them all extremely off-putting.) Instead, at BBR, I was given a questionnaire, offered a drink while I was completing it, made to feel good about myself and, at the end of the treatments, given a small gift of the product samples used in my treatments. They read my questionnaire responses carefully and asked some follow-up questions sensitively.

Environmentally, BBR save resources by keeping 'my' emery board in a bag with my name on it for use at my next visit.

All of the above combine to provide an experience that is professional yet caring and friendly, and that gave me a really positive boost. I'm very much looking forward to my third appointment next month.
