I cannot recommend going to Serendipity enough. I've been to plenty of places over the years and made to feel uncomfortable/unwelcome but not here.
Jayne and her staff are all lovely, warm and welcoming and will go out of their way to help you and make you feel relaxed. I've had massages, nail treatments and waxing done and loved and enjoyed them all.
I'm also trusting them to get me really for my wedding in September and I know they'll do an absolutely amazing job 🥰❤️🥰

Had a wonderful gel manicure here 2 weeks ago, and my nails are still looking amazing post swimming and holidaying. Such a fantastic job, lovely staff. I don't want to have the gel removed!

ive been coming to the salon since i moved to the area in May. i Absolutely love every visit all the staff are friendly and welcoming, Kat seems to be my regular therapist and always do such a fab job of my nails the gel always last longer than the 2 weeks which ive never experienced before. When she waxes it’s basically painless. I wont be going elsewhere now. Thank you 😊

I had a fantastic massage at Serendipity. I booked and paid online through the website. This is a lovely salon and I was made to feel very welcome. The therapist tailored the massage to suit me. The heated bed is so cosy and the products used made the whole service very luxurious. I will be back.

Every visit to this place is pure, relaxing magic. Every staff member is so lovely. I always leave feeling so relaxed. I had a pink salt massage with Emma this week and i almost floated home! I feel really lucky that we have such an incredible spa so locally.

Had a facial with Jess it was absolutely amazing thank you so much! She was lovely and really professional. To book in I spoke with Jayne who is equally lovely and professional thank you both I will be back! Xx

Great service and will definitely be back. Even offered for me to take the nail varnish with me on holiday in case of chips (which I did but the colour actually lasted really well anyway!) Above and beyond!

I went to serendipity for a brow wax, the guy that took my booking was lovely and friendly. I was very happy with my brow wax and the service was very attentive. I would defiantly recommend. They have a vast range of services, so I hope to return back one day.
