Top notch service, from start to end.

I went on a busy Saturday, and this didn't affect how I was treated as a customer. They were patient, attentive and more.

Jamie (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was a legend. We got into lots of chat, as you do at the salons, and she was so friendly and can tell she loved what she did.

Great team of people that service the local area, very well.

I got my nails done here for the first time and it was a great experience! The nails lasted a while and I got lots of compliments. The staff are really welcoming and lovely and overall create a warm environment. This is also the only place I trust to get my waxing done!

I live Ghulam’s studio since I moved to the area four years ago.
She and all who work there are very fast with waxing and pedicures. Her manicures are also very popular. I love her threading. Not only she is warm and personable, she is very professional.
I highly recommend her studio.

Paid 40 pounds for a wax in a couple of areas for my holiday and overall I am not happy with the service. It is a shame as the staff are lovely and I have been happy twice before but this time felt so extremely rushed and there are missing spots in so many different places. The areas also were not cleaned before they were waxed, which surely is unhygienic and could maybe cause more irritation? I now have to spend more money and time to get all of the hair removed. Something which I had paid to have done in the first place. I will not be returning.

INCREDIBLY skilled and talented team. Rabia always always has time for me and so do her girls . I’ve been going to Lifeline beauty for over 6 years and the level of service has not changed. They are so friendly there’s no need to build up a great relation as the moment you turn up you readily feel comfortable and relaxed. I really believe in customer service and Rabia has done so well in building a fantastic team which makes the experience a fun relaxing one. Always smiling, always professional and most of all, from experience, use the best products as I’m always leaving feeling fresh and smelling beautiful. Have never had to go to anyone else and can ask them anything and always have the best advice. Highly recommend for your first time or if you’re looking for better prices! When I go for my waxes I’m in and out and not a hair left. I use to use other people but left leaving an hour later. Keep it up girls! Always look forward to seeing you!

I am a regular customer in lifeline beauty but never got the opportunity to write a review..I must say that the way they treat their customers is very welcoming also I love their service a lot..I am a big fan of the eyebrow threading they do and also can't thank Sylvia enough for her hair dos.. absolutely love it

I had a good experience.. I know them since long time I always go there to do my nails facial treatment. Also I had my make up and hair done 2 years ago they did awesome work.... I recommend my friends and family to go in this salon ...

This is a lifeline of the salons... I was in so much hurry that i walked past the salon in the mall...and the owner was kind enough to walk out of the store and guide me. And, Sylvia, the hair stylist...she's the besttt....so kind and understanding...and the way she handled my messy hair and turned it to something very beautiful... it just made my day. I'm definitely visiting this salon again.
