Sumita is a fantastic beautician and always gives a lovely warm welcome and fantastic skin advices and treatments.

We went there for my hen-do and the experience was average . Reason I say this is because, there was a lack of consistency across linked to quality of treatment and their professionalism. When you pay for a spa / massage, you would be mindful if your customer wants to have a personal conversation or not and it is not about pointing faults as to what is wrong with your customer's skin.
A few of my friends did have a good experience, no personal talks, professional service and treatments were performed to a good quality. Unfortunately three of us didn't have a similar experience and hence 2 stars.

I’ve been here in two occasions, the first time for a head and shoulder massage. My partner’s appointment was slightly later than mine so my therapist gave me a foot massage too. On the second occasion I had a manicure and pedicure. I must say the cleanliness and Covid cleaning was exceptional and both experiences were very pleasant.

Sumita always gives a warm welcome and the complementary herbal teas are delicious! She ensures her team gives the best and she really cares about her customers. I gave her some feedback and she listened and ensured I got what I needed from her team - thank you so much! I came away feel rejuvenated and cared for. I highly recommend The Anise.

This was the worse massage I have ever experienced and I have had a tonne of massages. I completed the card, but was not conversed with about the content on the card. When on the massage table, I was not asked as to whether there are any areas that I would like extra focus on. And in terms of massage, there was no massage. More of a rubbing of hands on body, but not massage. Unfortunately I will never return there and would not recommend to any of my friends.

Had a morning of treatments at Anise for my birthday and they were lovely. The service was really good and the quality of the facial especially was amazing; they even gave me some free samples which was a nice touch. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is looking for good quality treatments at affordable prices.

Excellent variety of facials always done with care and consideration. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with excellent technique.
