Ashanti Treatment Rooms

I'm so disappointed in this business. I booked a bikini wax online, but unbeknownst to me there were train strikes that Saturday and this impacted my journey. I called the salon 2 hours ahead of my appointment to give them notice that I wouldn't make the original time and to see if they could fit me in at a later time. No one answered the phone, I continued to get a voicemail - so naturally I left a message. I received no call back. When I called again closer to the time of my appointment, the lady answered and said that they were fully booked, they have a cancellation policy which I would've agreed to when I booked and they would have to check with the owner to see if I could be rescheduled. I called the salon again as I managed to get into London and the lady had such a bad attitude saying that they were fully booked and I would have to wait for a call back. I received no call back, no offer of a rescheduled appointment and they charged me the full price of the treatment THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE, with an email that said I 'did not show'. Of course I agreed to the terms of the cancellation policy - I had every intention of attending my appointment!!! I can't believe businesses actually operate like this without any consideration. On my first visit to this place I arrived on time and waited over half an hour while the lady was finishing off another customer's treatment. I didn't complain, I showed grace because sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I think it's disgusting that they couldn't at least offer an appointment on another day - a bikini wax isn't longer than 20 minutes! Needless to say they've lost a customer; they will never get my money again.

The owner's response is completely inaccurate. They are being dishonest to salvage reputation, or they must have me confused with another customer. Note to owner: I never called you to say I'd forgotten about my appointment after you charged me later that evening. I called you in advance of my appointment and my call logs clearly evidence this. I didn't forget my appointment; trust me no one would forget an appointment having agreed to a cancellation policy at the time of booking that charges full cost of treatment for no show or cancellation within 24 hours. Are you also not aware that the Fresha sends a reminder of appointment email on the day?

I don't want another appointment from you because your approach has been atrocious. I didn't write this review to try and get a refund - I can take the £35 loss. I've written my review based on my experience so please do refrain from telling me that my review isn't honest or transparent otherwise I will screenshot my call logs to your salon and my booking with confirmed time of appointment then post the photos here. Please don't go there with me.

Ashanti is superb. Good range of treatments with surprisingly reasonable prices. Clean, professional and knowledgeable service with a combination of aesthetics and a holistic approach. I have tried 3 different treatments and have booked in for my fourth. Thank you Ashanti!

I always get my hydrafacials from here, excellent service. The hydrafacials leave your skin so smooth and my face is glowing everytime I leave the salon. I always get a hydrafacial done from here before an event or if I’ve had a big skin day, and it always makes a difference.
The service here is amazing too, Ashanti is funny and down-to-earth and has always made me feel comfortable during my visits.
Today I got a hydrafacial done and I will definitely be back soon! Would definitely recommend this salon and I look forward to trying out other treatments as well!

It was really a 1st class experience from beginning to end 😊 I had a face peel that was amazing and a B13 booster to help with tiredness. The beautician made sure I was relaxed and it was such a calm and soothing environment. I highly recommend Ashanti 5 stars ⭐️ ✨ all round

This place is amazing! Warm, welcoming and professional. I've visited the treatment rooms multiple times over the years and I've had a great experience everytime. It's modern, clean and just a few minutes from Liverpool Street Station, so very convenient for me. Out of everything my favourite so far has been HIFU. I've had 3 sessions for my face and neck, and honestly the results were better than I expected. Currently doing PRP for hair thickness 2 sessions in and have had some very promising results so fingers crossed it keeps improving. Thank you Ashanti for accompanying me on self improvement journey over the years, its helped me more than you can imagine x

Great and friendly services, I got dermal fillers and I'm in love with the outcome. Its increased my confidence a lot. The room for the treatments is also lovely 😍

Very disappointed. Came here because of
the good reviews but was let down. Had a
normal polish pedicure, supposed to be 40
minutes but took over hour and a half.
After all that time the polish ended up
smudged. No nail dryer to speed up
process so sat there for over 30 minutes
drying, as I said still smudged and looks
rubbish. Very dissatisfied.
