I moved recently to Watford and few weeks back my friend mentioned to me about all good services delievered by staff at this salon. I took her advice and yesterday, for my birthday, I had a wash, cut and blowdry with Roya. I am really pleased with Roya's professionalism and her friendly way to be. She did a briliant job and she gave me advice regarding my hair cut, colour, style; it was all amazing. Highly recommend it and for sure I will be back for more treatments with Roya and her colleagues at this salon. Thank you Roya for make my hair nice stylish for my birhday time out.

I had an amazing experience with this Salon. I just popped and checked if I can get my eyebrows done. The staff was super welcoming. Despite big queue of Eid Celebrations, they agreed to give the service. Meanwhile I was waiting, I got in touch with their hair expert and I asked about hair color and highlights. I was so impressed by her knowledge and confidence that I agreed to get my hair colored that fay itself. I can’t remember the name of the lady. Everyone in the Salon was so familiar with her. Seems like she is working with them sinxe ages. The other staff was very welcoming. Everyone gave super service and now I am planning to visit the Salon again

From the time I walked in with my friend the staff was really helpful and it had a friendly environment. All the staff were really nice and I got my hair done and few massages which were extremely superb service.

Bhavika looks after me well. She knows what I want. She is a lovely person and always very welcoming. I am a spontaneous visitor and they will always try to accommodate me that day when possible. I’ve had various services but I only want Bhavika because I love her doing it.
We have built up that trust and I can relax in her care. She remembers how I like things and I don’t have to explain.
I have had so many horror stories with my eye brows from other places and Bhavika gained my trust again to try out threading again. One of my eye brows is awkward and some people destroy my natural arch or they take away the two hairs that leave me with a line through my brow like jay-zee. So you can imagine how this upsets me. Bhavika listens and she will give me the perfect shape each time I don’t leave looking like a rapper.
She didn’t need me to explain because she looked and could see exactly what I meant.
I’ve had pedicures and massages also with her also.
She’s definitely amazing at what she does. I did send my friend to her as well recently who also left happy and thanked me for the recommendation. I like to see one person for my needs.
Sometimes I go through a few people before I find the one I like and I got lucky when I was finally able to go to a beauty place again and had to find a new person. They gave me Bhavika and I was instantly very happy with her. Other staff are really nice as well. Chatty and welcoming they know who I am when I call up or walk in. So I like this place. And I love visiting Bhavika and catching up with her. She always gives a good conversation. Thank you for looking after me Bhavika.

I recently moved to Watford and was looking to get my eyebrows done from a specialist as I am very much specific about it and concerned because of cut in one of my brows.

I reached there as per my appointment but after 10 mins, the lady (Rupal, not sure) asked me to come after an hour coz she was busy with someone else. I have told her the concern regarding my eyebrows and she told me that she will do exactly the way I want but to my surprise she was not even there to attend me after an hour, I had to wait for 25 mins before Shukriya served me & had done my eyebrows. I have shown her the picture of my old eyebrows and requested to make exactly like that, she has done the normal one perfectly but the one with cut is not done correctly. She made my cut disappeared due to which both brows look different now, the cut and related hair should not be removed to make it look beautiful. I have to attend few festival celebrations this weekend and now I am not feeling very disappointed.

In my country, 18 yr old girl used to do my eyebrows in 5 mins with perfection and for very less amount.

Lovely salon, clean and tidy, friendly staff and always looked after so well by Bhavika and Rupaul, wouldn’t trust any other salon now!
