Do not recommend, I advise you go somewhere else in town for a manicure.

I came as a walk in and staff members seemed confused as to whether they could take my appointment. I then had the receptionist who seemed inexperienced and not a technician, file my nails into an uneven shape, they also left my cuticles bleeding after trimming them.

Halfway through, a new technician swapped on? They did a messy job, nails look so uneven and got gel polish all over my fingertips. They kept asking if I like them, I’m sure they knew they did a bad job, but I said yes as I just wanted to leave.

Other customers seemed confused as there was no one at the reception desk to take payment. They also don’t take card payment… only bank transfer or cash…?

I got gel nails on my hands and normal polish for my toes, and the service was awful, I was left without anything to dry my feet whilst no one came to do my hands for at least 20 mins, the toe nails were done in such a rush they weren’t filed properly and tiny dust hairs got stuck in the polish and she had to redo it. When they finally came to do my hands, over an hour and a half later, I was told that I couldn’t get the nailart unless I wanted to wait another hour even though I’d requested this before beginning and was told it would not be a problem. And finally after over 2 hours there and not getting what I wanted, the gel polish chipped and came off within 2 days. Very disappointed and will never visit this salon again.

I booked in with Luca to have a wash, cut and blow dry. I hadn’t been to a hair salon in 5 years due to a bad experience and had came across Full Stop Aesthetics which had such positive reviews. The reviews truly live up to expectations! My experience couldn’t of gone better. Luca is so talented and he reassured me every step of the way with the hair cut as I had anxiety.
I am booked in next week for a full head of colour! Customer for life now! Thankyou so much for transforming my mess of hair into hair fit for a goddess! Aha!

Just went there, asked to an indian lady at the reception how much they charge for a pedicure. She was a bit unsure and then said £35. I left because l know normally other places in Watford charged £ 25 infact by looking at their price list they actually charge 25 !!!!! Very bad trying to do business by rip the people off. She did not expect me to go back and telling her face … not recomend this place, that’ s just disgusting

I had a balayage and hair cut done by Adrianna. It was much needed after the latest lockdown! This was a 4-5 hour treatment but the time went by so quickly. Adrianna was so lovely, took her time, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable for the entire treatment. My biggest worry was that my hair colour wasn't going to be what I wanted, but she was spot on. I got compliments from random people after I left the salon! I highly recommend her at this salon!
