Alina provided an eyelash tint and lift using the LVL method as well as a powder brow. Alina fit me in at short notice, so very accommodating and welcoming. She took great time and care to explain the procedure, draw an example brow shape/overall look and talk about the benefits of my treatments. Alina is passionate about her work and you feel confident in her care. My brows are still healing but I love the shape and I'm sure once full treatment is complete they will look amazing. Absolutely love the LVL lashes too, would definitely recommend Beauty Within.

I've just been for a Swedish massage and hot stone massage as well hopi ear candles . They were all amazing I left feeling like I was walking on air. Clean, professional and covid safe experience. Loved it

A business to avoid. I booked in for a Brow and Lash treatment. As part of the treatment, the lady doing the treatment waxed my eyebrows. She did not say she was doing this and didn’t ask if I wanted it doing. I’ve never had the treatment done before so wasn’t aware of what she was doing at the time. When I got home and looked at my eye lids I could see that the skin on my eyelid had been torn - it was extremely sore, red and swollen. My eyelid was a mess for the next 6 days with swelling, reddening and scabs. I emailed the business to raise my concerns and did not even get a reply.
Thoroughly disappointed with the service and then the lack of acknowledgment or communication from the business. I would not recommend the business nor will I return for any further treatments.

Extremely happy with the professional service. I was in extreme pain & fatigued when I went there. Becky my massage therapist did a wonderful job. I am so thankful to her and the whole BWP team for accomodating me at such a short notice.
Next i am booking myself in for Reflexology appointment there. :)

It’s annoying that I can’t remember who attended to me, but she was really good, very professional and gentle. I’ve recently moved to Preston and this will definitely be my waxing spot going forward. There’s also free parking outside which is always a bonus. ✨

A hidden gem. My family and I have been going to this salon for a few years now and we love it! The moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. The staff (Maz, Claire, Kharen and Maria) are friendly, attentive and helpful! The massage services are the best I’ve experienced, particularly the hot stone full body, head massage and facials with Kharen! Claire always does a great job with nails, gentle and listens to what the customer wants. I highly recommend this salon!

The lady that did all my treatments was good except when she done my pedicure she did not remove cuticles at all.
