Disgusting service from this place!! I had a problem with my lashes as they were falling out. I contacted the shop where someone had answered and asked me for £15 EXTRA to do a new set for me. I then spoke to the lady named Zara 2 days later as she wasn’t at work and then she had a problem with me for calling 2 days after because SHE WASN’T at work when I called !! She accused me of having bad after care for my lashes and I explained thrice to her that this was not the case. Disgusting service I will definitely not be coming back. I would not recommend anybody to come here.

I get my eyebrows done regularly and mostly from Samreen, only woman manages to literally save my eye brows!! All staff is friendly and samreen is my favourite always is friendly and delivers more than what I expect with my brows 😇

Had the worst experience ever. 2 weeks before I had booked for hair and makeup service. Called them few days before to reconfirm my appointment aswell to which I was told its all confirmed. Visited on the day of appointment and the lady Zeinab who was meant to do my hair and party makeup was not there.
Another member of staff called her however she refused to come back.
I was do upset about this. I was due to attend a party which I could not attend.
Another staff offered to go my hair and tried but I was so upset that I cried.
Very very poor service and zenab was suppose to be the manager. Really bad n a very disappointing experience.

I had lush extentions done this week. It was the worst experience I have ever had!
I walked in and asked if i can book an apointment for lash extentions and the lady said that they are free and i can do it just now. They never done an patch test but i had lashes before so they said it s fine. They never gave me a receipt.
It was extremply painfull as the lady asked me to keep my eyes open.
it took my eyes to go all red and i was properly crying to convince her that she needs to do the lashes while the eyes are closed.
I asked for a full set of one by one lashes and i ended up having clusters over clusters stuck on multiple natural lashes, everhting is basicly stuck togheder, i am not able to brush trough them.
My eyes are itchy and i feel pain everytime i close my eyes.
Now, after 5 days everything is starting to fall, i would never think that thwy will fall due to the imense amount of glue that was used.
the lady has no ideea how to push lashes on, not to talk about the fact that she never followed the eye shaped but intead she did the same lenght for the entire eye(she used a smal size for the innercorner)
not to memtion that when i walked out i looked like a circus as she used size 15 wheni clearly said that i just need 13, she showed me a lash in a size 15 on the outer corner and i said yes thinking that she will only use that size there, but no, she did the entire eye in a sieze 15.
I went back to have them removed after i got home and i saw how i actually looked like.
I asked her to remove them and give me my money back as they were completly wrong. she said that that it s not possible, she can take them off but i can not recive a refund. I accepted thinking that she will actually repair the damage that was done, she only removed the logest clusters and that was it.
I can not say how unhappy and desapointefd i am
I have lost £45, a lot of time and my sanity in this place. stay away!

I have been going to Zara for laser hair removal for the past few months and I am very happy with the treatment so far - I definitely saw a significant difference after a couple of sessions and I still have two more to go! The level of service is highly professional and Zara is very friendly and efficient and it is evident that she takes pride in what she does. The clarity with which the information was delivered pre-treatment was incredibly thorough which made me feel very much at ease prior to starting the whole process. The treatments are also very reasonably priced and the staff in the salon are friendly and attentive. I am always made to feel very relaxed and welcome here - I would definitely recommend!

Ive been going to Zeba hair and beauty for many years now and I’ll cannot fault Zara and her girls. They always act in a professional manner , always welcoming and offer great treatments . Ive recently started laser treatment and I have to say I am so impressed with it , I am 2/6 sessions in and I can already seen such a difference. Zara’s girls have always been excellent , and have always been a credit to her company. I would definitely recommend Zeba for any treatments you need!!

After searching for a good place to go in
Watford for a facial, I found this salon. Not only was this local to me, however on the website its stated that any facial is £20 on certain days. So I decided to call in and book. When speaking to the lady on the phone, I discussed my concerns, the lady confirmed the best facial for me. They had a special offer on Monday & Tuesdays which was “ANY FACIAL for £20 on Monday & Tuesday. As I havent had many facials before. I decided to book in for a facial on Tuesday Afternoon for £20.

A day later, I received a phonecall from the same lady that booked me in. She stated that the lady called ‘Zara’ who does the facials isnt in on Tuesday this week so was I able to come in on Thursday afternoon. I asked that the reason I booked in on Tuesday was so I could take advantage of the the special offer - her response to me was “She will do it for you.” I was happy to move the appointment and confirmed for Thursday afternoon.

I got to the salon on Thursday, and was asked to wait for the lady who was going to do my facial. I waited 5-6 minutes before I was called in. I was taken to a facial room which was quite small and there wasnt much space to walk around, however that was OK. I got ready and the lady came in.. She started on my facial which was quite nice. However as we got into it, the facial turned into a face and shoulder massage. Not much focus was made on my concerns, however alot of the time the therapist was massaging rather than actually giving me a facial. Blackheads were extracted, my face was steamed for about 5 mins and a mask was put on for a maximum of 10 mins. I questioned myself whether the therapist knew my concerns and didnt really say anything. After an hour or so, the therapist finished and we discussed my skin. I was told I needed a few more facials so I decided that once I go to the checkout, I will book myself for a few more. The therapist took me to the till, and there was another lady standing there, who also worked at the salon. At the time of checkout, the lady said, thank you thats £45.

I was completely taken back, as the lady who I booked with said the facial would be £20. Well this wasnt the case at all! The therapist who was also the OWNER of the salon said that unfortunately the special offer doesnt take place on Thursdays. However, I explained that the lady who I booked with moved my appointment to Thursday and stated that the offer will still remain on Thursday. Both owner and worker said No this wasnt the case and the owner said there was some mix up due to us having the same name. They blamed the lady who I spoke to over the phone and refused to charge me £20. I expalined and explained that this wasnt really my fault as I originally booked on Tuesday so I could take advantage of the special offer. But NO, the therapist who was also the owner refused and said that the facial I had today would cost me £45!!! She said that she could take off money for another facial when I come on. I was fuming, absolutely fuming! How did they think I would come back after being cheated! After some argument, the OWNER & therapist refused and I decided to pay the £45. I really didnt have the time to stand and argue and keep mentioning that it was their fault not mine! I just couldn’t be bothered after that!

As I went to pay, the unprofessional owner walked away without even saying anything to me! She just walked away, clearly very embarrassed about the situation. I paid my £45 and walked out. I will never look back again!

Whoever decides to go there, please confirm the amount before your treatment! If you want more of a shoulder and face massage then go for it! The facial only lasts 20 minutes, the rest is just a massage! Not much “facial treatment” is given especially someone who has alot of concerns.

Save your money and go to someone more friendly, professional and where you’ll get your money’s worth!

Not a false review AT ALL! I was a genuine customer and this is a honest reveiw!

I went in for a haircut and root touch up. However, Zara went above and beyond and noticed how damages my hair was, which it really was and how the colour was really bad. She gave me the olaplex hair treatment and colour corrected my hair and did a fantastic cut. I would def do go back and will be for another treatment in 4 weeks
