Visited the salon yesterday for the first time. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Spotlessly clean. Had the express manicure and pedicure. Both done to a very high standard (I’m usually very fussy about my nails and don’t let anyone touch them). Chan is lovely lady, very welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you x

First part of pedicure was fine, however the painting of the nails and the cutting was really bad. My nails were jaggered & I had to cut my own nails once I got home as they were so sharp and I had to re paint my nails as half of nails hadn’t been painted and I had nail varnish all over my skin. Not a good experience, when I called I was offered a £3 refund!

My wife got excellent service...she went for eye brows and upper lips and she loved the service and the way the she has been treated by the lady highly recommend

My waxing was done very slowly compared to other salons and was still not completed to satisfaction. When i mentioned this the clinician hurrried me out as she had another appointment. After seeing how bad it was at home I called the salon and they asked for me to return at a set time. The salon phone is answered by the clinician's children who didnt check the schedule so this led being asked to wait for over another hour once i arrived (even after i told the daughter to confirm with the clinician first before I arrived). They then expected me to wait for a further hour to see if something could be sorted out without any assurity. The clinician was very unprofessional and rude.

I’ve been going to this salon for a long time now and I always receive an excellent service. I feel that Chan always takes her time to get it perfect, she is so friendly and professional! You won’t find anywhere better!!

Great Experience at this Salon and would highly recommend! Always come to them for all treatments because of great hygiene and friendliness :)

Very poorly organised bookings.
Didn't complete the treatment on my girlfriend due to another client being double booked, was called back to complete the booking then made to wait another hour. She left with no refund or goodwill. Rude and unprofessional
