Went in for a couple of treatments recently. Owner, Emma who did my treatments is really friendly and I will definitely visit again soon!!

Had a great massage here. It was very relaxing and the salon has a friendly atmosphere.

The members of staff are lovely and friendly. I go for a eyebrow wax and I'm always happy with the job they are done

This was my only visit to this salon and it was a really poor and disappointing experience. I wanted my eye brows threaded with just a tidy up. Literally only wanted the strays removing and she did way more than that, parts of my eye brow have been removed that shouldn't have been.. All of one tip and a chunk from the middle. Thankfully they are tattooed so its not as obvious as it could have been although I am now having to pencil the chunk that's gone from the middle. Which is crazy how I've paid over hundred for my eye brow tattoo and I have plenty of hair and a poor threading job has messed the Shape up. More disappointingly tbh I have had my skin pinched during the process and I have about 10 scabs where the skin has been broken and was bleeding because the woman caught my skin in the thread. My eye brows were so sore and swollen after. This has never happened to me during any other threading experience. The therapist was also full of a cold and sniffing above me. I also saw her wipe her nose with the back of her hand and then just continue working on my face without washing her hands which is pretty poor hygiene.

I came home and cried for ages. It was the day before my birthday and my eye brow shape had been changed when I didn't want nor pay for that. I've had my skin broke multiple times and mistakes made and It was a real let down.

I think other people need to know to avoid this salon for this service because it's not upto scratch.

First visit, very friendly salon, customers made to feel welcome. It was busy and it was obvious many were repeat customers, although busy it was still a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Emma is always very professional, calming and very caring. She is great from all things nails, massage and various other beauty things too. It's a place I like to come to relax and relaxing is what I get ❤️
