Took my 11yr old daughter here to get her ears pierced, it's a lovely salon with lovely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

The staff are fabulous, so kind. The facials are lovely, always come out feeling glamorous! It's great that they also sell Clarins products and can help with choosing the right make up.

I made an appointment five weeks ago for 11.45, arrived for my treatment and the room was not available. Informed the young girl that I had to leave at 12.20 as I had an appointment at 12.30. Informed that was no problem and the room would be free soon The room did not become available until 12.05 and the treatment had not even commenced by 12.10 at which point I walked out absolutely fuming at being treated so badly and unprofessionally and feeling so let let down. I was going to my grandson birthday party the next day at 11 in Runcorn so could not make any other arrangement to get my treatment If I could leave a minus star I

Beautician took her time. Did a good job on my eyebrows. Gave us a cup of tea and made my nails look lovely. Not expensive for the attention given.

Booked via treatwell and by their admission they hadn’t checked the bookings that day. Arrived after travelling a distance to get my make up done to be told they hadn’t checked the system and wasn’t aware I was coming despite my money being taken! Waited and demanded a refund given mostly in £1 coins. Avoid this salon very unprofessional.
