Absolutely Fabulous

What an amazing salon. Really beautiful surroundings. A perfect spot for a treatment .you feel really pampered. The team are all lovely , very professional and skilled.
Well worth a visit. And Guys , great place to treat your wife. Love this place.

Been going to Ab Fab since Jan/Feb this year - have had a problem with facial hair since l was 15 and it made me very self conscious and despite trying a salon in Cheltenham, which didn't work, l nervously decided to give here ago. The result has been amazing and l feel more self confident and shave free - l had a 5 minute trial period with Emma and although it was a little uncomfortable at first the results do speak for themselves. The staff are very welcoming and very informed and l continue to go as does my mum.

Was present as a customer tried to make a complaint. The owner was incredibly reluctant to meet the person and was then dismissive and unapologetic even though the customer had received an awful experience at this company. There is apparently no complaints process to speak of so if things don’t go right (as the owner happily said happened on occasion), don’t expect anyone to care.

I have been a client at AbFab since 2001 and cannot endorse this salon enough. The staff are all engaging, committed and work to a very high standard. They are keen to improve and develop and this reflects well on the salon and its ethos. I must admit to being disappointed to read a couple of (linked) negative reviews and only hope that they were based on pragmatic reflection and following balanced discussions with those involved. It would seem unfair to influence the views of others when the staff try so hard and invest so much in their clients and have, in my experience, only provided a courteous and high quality service for a significant number of years. I had a first facial treatment today and amazing results. A gift from work colleagues. So, I will now be going back for this. You cannot stop ageing but perhaps slow down. The results show glowing skin, less lines and even my husband noticed the difference!! I had the CACI signature Non Surgical Facial Toning. Excellent results.
I also have my skin products and confident these are right for me.
