I been in Val 2 times all ready for my nails, and is best ✨ Ana is a artist and loving that she always do the designs that I want and the price 🤌🏽

The lovely Bianca cut, styled and dyed my hair. She made me feel so welcome despite feeling anxious and critical of the condition of my hair. The receptionist had excellent customer service and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. This place is perfect for hijabi women and the staff make sure your privacy is protected. My hair has come out exactly the colour I wanted and feels healthier. Definitely making this my regular salon! :)

It was my first time there and I had a great time and experience in this Beauty Salon. Jhon is a great hairdresser. Very friendly. Really Fabulous haircuts. I loved it and I really recommend.

They completely annihilated my nails during a gel polish removal. They romoved the varnish and the upper layer of my finger nails, leaving them bumpy and broken. After I complained they just said they provided the service I asked for.

I dyed my hair there one time with Lohan and the service was great!

However, I went for a second time and I don’t think I’ll be coming again. I booked my appointment with a specific hairdresser, only to find out on the day that he wasn’t there. As I needed my hair dyed that day, I accepted to go with someone else. The person was really nice but she kept asking the other hairdressers if what she’s doing is okay and how to do it, which made me feel very uncomfortable and like she doesn’t know what she does.

In the end it looked okay, but it’s not the colour I wanted at all. I specifically said I don’t want an ashy blonde and that’s the colour I got in the end. It doesn’t suit my face well and I felt like she had no idea what I actually wanted. I’ll be looking for another salon.

I did my hair 2 days ago, i was there for 7 and half hours, but this leaded with my hair not being like the way I wanted it to be. I live far away and my friend she went to them to fix her hair they said if i come back to fix my hair i get charged. It’s awful the experience i had i asked for balayage, the guy was so aggressive with my hair and which was painful. I had to go to another place where they could fix my hair. I had different tones of brown i asked for ash balayage but i got caramel not happy. The lady was very sweet I appreciate that she was translating and making us feel comfortable but the hairstyler im not impressed with him.
