Amazing service, the nicest staff, and a beautiful result!
The staff opened the salon early, at 8am, in order to style my hair for my brother's wedding. Ana gave me a beautiful up do, with curls and a braid, which lasted perfectly all day, and even survived the wedding reception! And to make me an even happier bridesmaid, the whole style was completed in under 45 minutes, which took all the stress out of the morning. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you so much!

Good service, but be aware of unannounced price increases

It was my first time visiting this salon. I looked at the online reviews and noticed comments about the service and price increases. So I checked online for the price of a deep clean facial (£55 including free eyebrow tidy) and booked over the phone on Friday 1 Feb 2019.

My impression of the salon on Sat 2 Feb, was that compared to other salons in the area, it was professional, clean and has a very spacious area downstairs for treatment rooms. The facial was done well by a considerate and competent beautician. There was no eyebrow tidy (perhaps I did not need it), but she gave me a mini hand and forehead massage, whilst the mask was drying. My skin did feel very smooth and soft afterwards.

After the treatment was over and I went to pay. I was surprised to be asked for £60. They had printed new price lists in little cards at the counter, but not updated the website. Any price increases should be brought to the attention of clients before a contract is made.

Overall, I had a good experience. But I think £60 is a bit steep considering the location.

The best pedicure ! I have tried different pedicures in different areas of London but also in different countries and this is definitely the best. I live outside London (south west ) and I am quite happy to travel across London to get my feet done there. Alessia

I gave this review few years back when I used to live at Whitechapel area after the most uncomfortable hair consultation of my life. I haven’t had the treatment with them that time as the consultation was enough for me to understand the level of your service. People goes to salon not just for the treatment but also for pampering themselves. The owner just noticed it as I have updated a spelling mistake... Lol... U guys should definitely work on your customer service rather than giving such replies. Cause someone will never have that much time to write such long review if u guys haven’t definitely done something horrible with them. I will definitely not remove this review because of your false claim. People should know that how you guys treat your clients if they write about the bad experience at your salon.

"Went for a quick consultation on hair color and cut because I was looking for recommendations... OMG... The body language and treatment of the hair consultant was horrible... Asked for suggestion for hair when she started giving irritating lecture about taking decisions of life rather than any professional advice...!! And through the whole consultation I felt so uncomfortable because the lady didn’t even smile for once...!! So unprofessional...! May be they were having an appointment next but I will suggest them not to put anyone else for consultation if they r not sure of what they r doing... Surely not gonna go for any treatment at such place...Ruined my mood for the whole day...!!"

This was my first apointment at this salon with Veronica and I enjoyed every minute of it. Veronica is very thoughtful and is a wonderful hairdresser. I have complicated thick hair and she was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations and gave me a fresh and lovely hair cut. I highly recommend her and her salon!

I usually come to Pearl to get my hair cut by the wonderful Veronica. She is a real specialist with excellent skill and needs a especially great with curly hair! I have always had an amazing experience at Pearl and I am always recommending it to my friends and they also love it!

I’ve been going here for over 3 years now and Veronica, the owner, is a very skilled hairstylist. She listens to your needs and does the haircut. The salon is always super clean and there’s always a warm welcoming for you. Highly recommended!
