Booked some luxury treatments for my mum's 60th birthday to occupy her for a few hours while we sorted her surprise party out (to get her out the way!). Rang to confirm the appointment today, 2 days before, to be told the beautician has left yesterday?! Noone rang me to tell me and if I hadn't rang unsure what would've happened on the day - the surprise party I've been planning for ages would have been totally ruined and not much of a surprise! Never mind the fact she'd have turned up with her bubbly expecting to be pampered to be told sorry no???
Spoke to the manager who said she was 'working through ringing clients today...' - at 3pm I'd have expected a call much earlier.
She wasn't in the least interested in my problem and was more concerned with telling me how it's affected her business. I got a measly mumbled sorry at the end of a 10 minute conversation. No decent apology, no offer of anything to make up for the massive inconvenience, and I've spent all day ringing every spa/salon in the area trying to get her booked in for a Saturday afternoon so as to not ruin a big surprise.
Disgusted and needless to say I won't ever be going there!

Great experience

Danielle cut my hair for me, and gave me advice for getting the shine back into it, as my hair is behaving differently in this new climate. I was also a walk-in that day. They were very nice and I'll definitely be going back!

Water used was too hot and it burnt my scalp but I think it will be closing soon owner is selling the building anyway besides a scalding they were really nice.
