I had my lashes tinted and lifted on Saturday, I'm so happy with them. I feel confident, they look fab! It's so nice to know they're my own lashes too :) Louise is very professional, cares about what she does but just as importantly is really personable. I would 100% recommend her, and already have! Everyone at work is very impressed and one lady is going to start having them lifted too now :) I wish you the best of luck in this venture Louise, you deserve it. xx

I felt so nervous upon my first visit but Lou made me feel so at ease! We had a good consultation and matched what eyelashes I needed and she is the most loveliest person to settle you and relax you whilst doing the lashes. My lashes are amazing!!!! I love them so much and definitely recommend Louise to anybody who wants them. She is an amazing person and wouldn't want anybody else to do them! Client for life!!!!

Had brow Lamination done.

She contacted me about 2 hours before my appointment trying to move it, explained I was not able to as had another appointments straight after,

Was very happy with results but brows shedding and fell out soon after and had bald patches.

Told her I had done procedure elsewhere 4 weeks prior, although she had advised not enough time in between treatments, proceeded to complete treatment so assumed as I was in the hands of someone who advertises themselves as a professional, it was ok to continue.

She has ignored my last 3 messages.

I have been getting my lashes done with Louise for nearly a year now and what a fantastic lash tec she is! So professional and her knowledge of her business is outstanding! I have the most thin and fine lashes an every visit they look fantastic I just don’t now how she dose it! Highly recommend!

Lashes are amazing and weightless. Cannot feel them at all, process didn't sting at all! Which I’ve never had! Definitely will be coming back. Louise was very polite and friendly, she made me feel so comfortable. I’m pleased she did a patch test on me prior, very professional. No harsh products at all. Definitely recommend especially to those who are quite sensitive to products, as these have been the most eye-friendly I’ve ever had.

So so so SO happy with the lash lift and eyebrow lamination Louise did for me. I am actually still in shock how long my lashes are and how full my eyebrows look, I can’t believe they’re my own!! Will be going back to Louise for further treatments; she’s lovely and amazing at what she does!
