I've been to this place couple of days ago and I seen the beautician called Ottilia and she was amazing. I am quite surprised reading the bad comments. My experience was really good with this lady and she was amazing... She gave me a warm welcome and she was really super friendly to me. I had a facial and eyelashes and I must say I was very happy with her job. She's neat and tidy and patient and very professional. I think the prices are fair and I am just happy that I found her and I highly recommend Ottilia's services, please believe me you can trust her, she'll be doing a good job, you can rely on her. Five star beautician.

Since moving to Watford 5 years ago I have been a regular of Sneha's and have never trusted anybody else to do my eyebrows. I was delighted when I found out that she had taken on her own place that was right by my work! Her salon is absolutely beautiful and super clean.
I urge anybody who reads the comments below to please ignore them because Sneha is an honest and professional family woman who prides herself on her what she has achieved and let me tell you, having been a client of hers for 5 years, she has achieved so much and she deserves all the success in the world.
Notice how the bad review accounts have only ever made one contribution? Pathetic and fake.
I cannot recommend her enough.

Firstly the eyelash treatment I received was utterly shocking, and was digging into my eye this was made clear to the women that told me it would be fine. When I left the salon I was left disgusted by the treatment I received so I later went back to the shop we I made a polite complain, but received nothing but a aggressive responses. I booked the next day where I was expected to pay to get them removed. I would avoid this salon due to BAD treatment and RUDE staff.And no refund.

Im working in this salon as a hairdresser and I can say we give our best to all our lovely client! We always make sure the salon is tidy and client is happy before leave!
Unfortunately some people from other salon like making fake comment to make us looking bad but we are successful and happy!

Ever since salon has opened I’ve always gone here for my treatments! Sneha is extremely friendly, polite and always goes the extra mile for clients! Highly recommended... Reasonable affordable prices and excellent services!! A very satisfied happy client !! :) xx

I just discovered this place today. What a wonderful find! Lovely, friendly, warm woman called Sneha, great service. I really like my eyebrows and i hate pain but she managed to do it with barely any pain - amazing! I will be coming back

I had my lash extensions done from Sneha at eye creations. She was absolutely amazing. What a kind funny lady who made the experience so fun. I was looking everywhere for lash extensions in watford and everyone let me down but Sneha squeezed me in and i couldnt be happier. Shes done an amazing job and good quality lashes. Will definitely reccomend and come back again. Im utterly shocked at the odd negative comments. When you meet Sneha you automatically know you will have a good time at this salon. What a professional kind lady. The negativity seems like its most definitely from little immature girls.
