I had eyelashes and shellac manicure and pedicure.
The treatment was wonderful. Lashes after nearly 3 weeks are mostly intact. The shellac is outstanding, not one chip.

I would recommend Refresh to all my friends, very well treated and relaxing.

Impossible to get an appointment - have been trying to contact them since November. They claim not to have received the email I sent via the website (have seen other comments on their facebook page that other people have been having the same problem).
I suggested that perhaps they were having a problem with the website and they accused me of lying about having sent an email!!

Have called several different numbers, left several messages, emailed, facebooked, and spoke to someone on the phone. They still haven't managed to get an appointment booked in for me, and were incredibly rude when I called and continuously accused me of lying, unbelievable!.

Backtracked slightly when I pointed out that it probably isn't the best way to speak to potential clients, but still have heard absolutely nothing about getting an appointment. Save your money and time by going with a company who are capable of booking in appointments.

Been seeing Claire for a few years now. She is an excellent masseuse. Well informed
