Been here for laser tattoo removal (one on my bum cheek (!!), one on my lower back) and also for teeth whitening.

The tattoos are pretty much fully gone now (4 treatments). Chantelle is professional and friendly and put me at ease, even though I was very nervous.

Also had the teeth whitening whilst it was on offer, it lifted them a good few shades which, for the price (£60 at the time) I was pleasantly surprised at.

Went in for another session 3 months later (when the offer was next on) and was impressed again with the results considering the price.

All in all a nice clinic with presentable staff and nice surroundings.

Im booked in for hair removal next, will update this review with the results.

Really poor customer service. I tried to approach them privately but they didn't reply and just blocked me. 😡😡😡

Had teeth whitening done a couple of weeks ago, 24th August, and I didn't want to put negative comments on their page but it's really not very good. Firstly, the advert doesn't explain that you do the treatment yourself, in an area where people pass through to get to the advertised luxury treatment rooms. I found it really embarrassing people coming through while I was sat there. Secondly, it really didn't make a lot of difference, maybe as shade if that, and yes I did follow all the instructions to the letter. The bottom teeth in particular didn't really seem to change at all. And only really the very front teeth had any difference and that only lasted a few days. Being disappointed I did a bit of research and the professionals seem to use a kind of frame in the mouth to keep the lips back do the laser can get to all the teeth. And it's not really a powerful laser is it? It's a little desk top version. This frame obviously isn't used at the salon. Overall, I feel like I've completely wasted the money and that your advert is misleading. I wasn't going to complain actually but when I saw this advertised again I felt I needed to say something. It feels very much like false advertising.

Good job I bought this on a voucher as if I'd paid full price I would have complained. You might as well do a home kit. You sign a form to basically say if anything goes goes wrong its not their fault as they're not dentists . Not once does anyone look at your teeth or ask any questions about them so they can give any advice about your personal care. As everyone is different . They then take you upstairs give you a quick demo in how to use the products then leave you. They don't come back to check on you at any point in the proceedings. They say shout if you need anything. But as your mouth is full of gel . That could be quite difficult . We weren't told what to expect. That it may make you gag or that it makes your gums sore or your teeth really sensitive . Just that if you have sensitive teeth you may want to put some sensitive tooth paste on them when you get home. I needed some before I went but didn't know this. We won't be having it done again. Our teeth looked clean like we'd just had a scale and polish but no whiter.

Called in for a gift voucher for my friend's birthday. A very helpful girl on reception sorted everything I needed. Thank you.

Today just went for a patch test done for hair removal booked in for next week for my 1st treatment plus I have polycystic ovaries so getting discounted every 5 weeks to have it done so hopefully it will help just doing my face first and be all hair free in the near future ready for my wedding plus losing weight along the way too x

Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff are great and Chantelle is such a professional whilst being friendly. I highly recommend this clinic and would not go any where else.
